OSI's customer service, or more like; customer hindrance, is worthless. And so was the lame battery they sent me. Not the same model, but I was told; "Electrically the batteries are identical; the only difference between the two are the terminal configuration". Well how does that sum up as identical?!?! Order from these folks, MUCH BETTER and you get the model your actually ordered so IT IS IDENTICAL! techbatterysolutions.com

I'd never heard of OSI Batteries, but when I couldn't find the specialty battery needed for our alarm system, I ordered from them. I couldn't be happier with the result. OSI delivered the battery way faster than promised. The special connector was exactly right. And we have a happy alarm system once again.

Price was fair, but I chose will call instead of shipping to my address. I was told that if I placed an order over the phone, it would be ready within the hour. I stopped by 2 hours after my order and OSI had done nothing. I was told to go around back and pick up my order there. When I got to the loading dock, my order was not ready. They got right on it, but it was not what I was expecting.

OSI's checkout system offered two day shipping and I selected and paid the asking price for this service. Package was a day late and I was not available for the delivery. Val Henry in customer service responded with fine print pertaining to lithium batteries and why it could not be sent 2 day as promised (and paid for) and this resulted in no battery for a medical treatment device for an additional 3 days. Refused to refund the shipping costs and simply said that their processing system should not have offered two day shipping through USPS. Unacceptable policies as I never would have ordered without the delivery option.
