Wood Finishes & Species Report

Our exclusive custom stains and finishes are hand wiped on every individual component. This insures consistency and beauty. Hand sanded sealer prepares all components for a catalyzed conversion varnish that provides exceptional beauty and durability. We have the ability to match furniture and cabinets that already exists in the room being remodeled.

Warranty Report

Modern Counter Tops & Cabinets, Inc. warrants that its cabinets shall be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal and proper use for a period of one year from the date of manufacture. This warranty shall not apply to any damage to or defect in your cabinets and countertop which is caused by any accident, abuse, misuse, water damage or neglect.

We purchased $28,000 worth of custom kitchen cabinets from Modern and they are literally falling apart. Contacted Lou for assistance with repair or replacement and he refused to help since the 5 year warranty has expired. Take your business elsewhere. This is NOT the place for a quality product with trustworthy, responsible customer service.
