I had them install new windows, patio door and a new storm door in front. The price was great! The crew did the work in one day and was courteous and very neat. The office staff was great too!

Len and his team are excellent. They are honest and professional. As a small business owner myself, I tend to look at other companies to compare their operations. I feel that Cooks Glass has quite a good setup, and they did a great job. I plan to have them back soon for the last three windows I need to be replaced in my home.

Very professional and excellent work on my Pella window that others couldn't repair. Was more reasonable and more timely than going through Pella themselves. Cannot be more pleased. Would not use anyone else from now on for window and glass repair.

Got to know about this company on Google. My basement window was blown off overnight by strong winds. Called, they asked me to bring it and get it back in a few days. They actually fixed it within one hour because their techs were back from the field. But what's so special is their enthusiasm to help, moderate price and friendliness. Good company to deal with. Great experience.

I had Cook's out to fix a bedroom window. The gas inside of the window was leaking out. My window after they fixed it never looked so crystal clear. The people there are so nice and very informative on what needed to be done. I had another company out that knew nothing about the gas inside the window. I highly recommend Cook's Glass & Mirror's. I had a wonderful experience with the owner and then the person who came to replace the window. Super nice people even the woman who answers the phones, so pleasant.

I had the BEST window replacement experience with the professionals at Cook's Glass. All steps from start to finish went smoothly. The crew was courteous, thorough, and above all cared about my home and keeping things clean. With every window and sliding door being removed and replaced at once, I was a bit concerned, but within the first hour, the methodical professionalism of the guys on the crew put me at ease.
