Don't buy here or Clarion Store. Bought my guy a gas powered leaf blower for present for $140. After only 4 hours it quite working. Took it into Clarion where I purchased it. They sent into company. Company sent back and said warrenty was void as person who started it up didn't put oil in gas and ruined pistons. Guess who started it up to show me how it worked?
The lady in Clarion. She lied and said she never started them up. Called cranberry store. Was told prove she did it. You won't get nothing from us. What an attitude. Don't buy from them

Bought a John Deere lawn tractor from these guys and they were great. They were the only place in about 5 counties that got the model I wanted. The day I got it, I was in and out in about 15 minutes, which was great. I'd much rather buy equipment from these guys than the big places like Lowes or Home Depot. These guys know the equipment and keep track of what customers call about unlike the big chain places.

I waited at least 30 minutes for someone to help me look at and possibly buy a new riding lawnmower. Instead, I got passed around and was told to wait for someone else to help me. Nobody ended up helping me. And, there were literally only 2 customers in the store. I left the store (nobody seemed to care) and bought a new riding lawnmower at Tractor Supply Co. just down the street. Customer service does not seem to be of high value here.

Ordering parts good; mechanics bad. I've had great service ordering parts for machines, but. I've brought an old chainsaw in for service and they did next to nothing and charged me $50. Said they adjusted the carb and it held but it immediately did not work. They clearly didn't take a closer look. Fine, I'll learn how to do it myself I guess.
