I have had 2 friends that have had very positive experiences so I am disappointed to leave this review. We are remodeling a bathroom and the tub was in very poor condition. We were hoping not to have to cut the old one out so we called them and sent them pictures where they reviewed and gave us an estimated range. In the mean time, we repainted and put new flooring down per their instructions.
It took them 5 weeks to get to the job and when they showed and recommended us not resurfacing the tub and there would be NO warranty. The disappointment is that we lost 5 weeks and the pictures we sent were worthless. If it was in question, they should have looked at it in person sooner so we could have worked on a plan B. Very disappointed with new paint and flooring in place to now have the major cost and inconvenience of replacing the whole tub/shower. Very bad service.

We are so impressed with Chris' work on reglazing our tub! The house was built in the 50s and the tub is very old. But, the reglaze made the tub look brand new and he matched it to our kohler toilet color also which was really awesome. He was very nice, professional, and on time. Thank you for the great work!

I am very pleased to write a positive outcome to our business with the bathtub doctors. The initial technician that came to our home was not able to identify the material of our tub to repair and based on our interaction left me concerned about further business. However, Sandra did a fantastic job of rectifying my concerns and sent a more tenured tech, Keith, to look and do the repair. He was courteous and professional. I cannot even tell where the crack existed in the tub. Thank you!
