Like all worthy artisans, we know how to use our tools. Some of the recent stone-work advances revolve around computing equipment used on location for pre-installation measurements. Measuring and cutting tolerances are as tight as they've ever been and that's good news for homeowners. The allure of natural stone is its beautiful, random composition and color.
Engineered stone is man-made. Ground up quartz is mixed with resin and color(s) to create pseudo-stone designs. By weight, the material is about 90% stone. The raw material usually arrives in slabs (10' x 4.7') much the same way natural stone (8.5' x 4.5') is delivered. One of the attractions of engineered stone is that it has a three-dimensional natural look.
Granite has become the counter top of choice in all new and remodel construction. The available color and pattern choices are massive. I had stone kitchens install counter tops and I couldn't be more ecstatic with the results I worked with Tony thru email and phone calls during this whole pandemic and once bans started to be lifted they got on the ball and had the tops all measured up and within a week or so from that tops were installed. Tony Steve Kristen and the two gentlemen who did the most crucial part of all who's name's I forgot (SORRY) thank you from the bottom of my heart for a fabulous job. God Bless

My fiance and I were referred to Stone Kitchen by a granite fabricator near us. We were given this suggestion due to the selection of remnants available on site at Stone Kitchen and we were only in need of a small piece for a master bath vanity. Kristen at Stone Kitchen helped us walk the lot and discussed our choices. She was absolutely the most kind and helpful salesperson we have dealt with in regards to any of the granite fabricators around. Kristen kept detailed notes and contacted us in a timely manner when completing this project. Steve came to our home and designed a template.
He was very friendly and professional in the home. We also had the pleasure of meeting with Steve when we walked the lot and he was very knowledgeable about their products and solutions. I do not remember the names of the gentlemen that installed our vanity, but it took them a total of 9 minutes. They contacted me in an appropriate amount of time before arriving, came in and analyzed the area, grabbed the quartz vanity topper and installed it perfectly.
Before they left, they handed me a survey to complete for Stone Kitchen's own records, which I happily completed. I wanted to leave a more detailed survey on Google so that others can see what a remarkable company Stone Kitchen is. We are currently starting on our kitchen and know, without-a-doubt, that we will be dealing with Stone Kitchen again for our countertops.
