I love our new Nativity set! It was super easy to assemble and the support rods and screws are stainless steel. We added a laser light which looks great on the white. I plan to order more pieces for next year. Ordered on the phone on Friday from California and was told it would ship on Monday and arrive the following Friday, and it did!

What a great company! I have their wonderful Silouette Nativity on display at my house. I have received so many positive comments about it. A few weeks ago I experienced some minor damage to some of the retaining rods due to unusually high winds (I had no problem the year before). I called the company and they were quick to respond, even though it was the holidays, and told me they would help me out with my issue and resolve any concerns as quickly as possible. It's not often that you get great customer service and personal support anymore.this is so awesome and refreshing.
I very much appreciate this company and their products. In fact I ordered a new piece to add to the nativity for next year. I can assure all reading this review that I will tout them every opportunity I get. Additional Comment: I read the review from Monchi that I feel was very unreasonable, especially coming from a religious bent in that the person wanted to use it for Epiphany.
Unlike this person, I found that the business was closed for the holiday's in respect of their employee's.good on them. More companies need to do that again.so many don't! Being a military man, thankfully the military still goes with minimal manning during the week of Christmas to New Years to allow families more time with each other.something that is becoming more and more elusive for many. Monchi needs to remember what the season is all about.a time of gift and giving, not a time of wanting. Anyway, I've rattled on enough.the product is great, it does just fine in Colorado weather, and huge kudo's to a great company, that is great not only for customers but their employee's as well.

I was interested in their holiday cutouts to decorate the house for Epiphany. I called and Robin answered the phone. She was very polite and professional, but did make it a point to tell me that they were closed for the holidays, and this was on December 27. I did ask that if they were closed why she was answering the phone, but never really got an actual answer beyond "well, some of us are in the office today". Well, if you are in the office today and working and answering phones, that must mean you are open. Nevertheless, I was appreciative of her professional demeanor but all of that was pretty much wiped away when she transferred me to Andrew.
At that point, customer service went out the window. Andrew was evasive with my questions and gave such generalized answers that it was unhelpful. For the hefty price that they are charging for plain-jane lawn ornament cutouts, I simply wanted to know what they were made of. That question turned into a painstaking exercise in me pulling teeth, so to speak.
As he danced around the question, red flags started going up in my head as my question was never really answered; and he was unwilling to tell me the actual name of the material that they use so I could google it to look at a picture. Finally, after it was obvious to him that I was not willing to just accept the incomplete answers I was being given, he offered to send me a sample for my review; but.he wouldn't be sending that out until January 2.
Almost a week later? WTH?!?! If there were some people working, then what was the problem for someone to send out a sample today? What.too much work to do? Nobody wanted to take a 10 minute walk down to the warehouse to get a sample and send it out? When he learned I wanted to have these before January 6th, he basically put up a roadblock and said that it couldn't be done. Really?
No going above and beyond to earn a new customer? He didn't give anything that would be classified as outstanding customer service by offering to overnight or next-day deliver a sample to me or take my order on a Saturday and ship it 2-day delivery to ensure that I had it in time to celebrate Epiphany. And this is a company that claims right on their website that they are "dedicated to creating customer satisfaction" NOT! PS: The only reason they got two stars instead of one was because of all the goodwill that Robin created before handing me off to Andrew. Further research has uncovered that their lawn cutout ornaments have received mediocre reviews at an e-retailer site. Apparently, these cutouts are not designed to withstand winter-prone areas that experience wind and snow.
Customer input to increase the strength and thickness of these cutouts has been negated by company comments. Teak Isle does not offer free return-shipping, which is quickly becoming an industry standard, if you are not satisfied with the quality of their products.
