Not very happy with the service I received here. Deceptive pricing with outrageous delivery fees added on at the very end. Messed up my first order and offered no discount to make it right. Didn't seem familiar with products they sell. Might be because I was a first time small order customer. But you never know how big my business may be one day. Treat everyone, regardless of the relationship, with the same care you would your biggest accounts.

1. Lumber prices are cheaper then Home improvement stores. Even though some items are more expensive grand ticket total is still cheaper for the same quality. At the time of this review for an example: A pressure treated 2 x 12 x 14 was $25.61 vs Lowe's was $77.92. Believe it or not this is not a typo! 2. Free local delivery 3. Not only are you supporting our little guys All Quality personnel Is extremely helpful and courteous.

I spoke with Guy briefly on the phone and he made sure the cedar I needed was in stock before I drove over. By the time I got there my order was ready and the cedar was great quality. The guys loading my vehicle were great. They are the only place I will be going for my lumber! Nice people, excellent customer service!

I've called this company twice I was very specific about the part that I needed and both times to separate parts to separate incidences they told me definitively that they have that exact part in stock both times I went there and they didn't have either one of those items in stock. One time it was roofing tabs and another time it was the gutter offsets. It's quite a drive for me to get there they have a good selection of material but they lied to get you to the store

Great folks! The last of the home town lumber companies. We purchased our metal roofing & supplies here back in 06. Was treated like family. Were taken into the second level office had everything explained to us as to fasteners, trim and purloin wood. given a sheet of instructions on installation. Everything question was answered with the utmost respect and concern for the end user. Ya don't get this kind of treatment from the depot or Lowe's unless yer a big buyer. These guys recently helped with our gable siding project. One of the only places that still sells nails by the 1/4 lb in paper bags. Thanx AQ. You live up to your name!
