The Floor Store Of Newberry

The owner is extremely unhinged and unprofessional. I do not recommend using this place for any floor needs. After yelling at me on the phone for over 10 minutes due to a review about the company delaying our paid in full project, the owner then threatened myself and husband if the review wasn't deleted, and told us we were a hostile environment and was canceling.

I have never been treated in such a horrific, bordering on abusive, manner before by a company. The delay was on their part and we weren't notified about it until late in the afternoon the day before they were supposed to arrive, after we had spent the day prepping for their arrival. This is why the original review was written. Obviously we were upset about the delay since we had planned our vacation around this time. Their answer was to let their men in our house alone, while we were away. Stay away from this place.

We had carpeting and vinyl plank flooring installed last week. Kathy from the store was very knowledgeable and easy to work with and never made us feel pressured. Installation was done quickly, efficiently and very professionally. We highly recommend The Newberry Floor Store!

The folks here removed our old floors and installed 1900 sq ft of new engineered vinyl planks and quarter round. The floors exceeded our expectations! The installation was flawless to the last crevice in each closet and pantry. The attention to detail was outstanding. The installers were polite, friendly, and clean! They finished our home start to finish in less than a week.

They cleaned up after themselves every day and left the floors spotless. The owner of the business even came by to check on things and helped the guys out. I would highly recommend this family owned business for your flooring needs!

Extremely friendly, helpful, and patient while we chose our flooring. Outstanding customer service! We had to make adjustments to our order because our calculations were off but we were helped without any trouble.

From the first visit with Kathy to the last of the installation with Mike, we had a pleasant, professional experience. Kathy knew exactly what we were looking for, and ordered accordingly. Mike worked straight through lunch, was quiet, non-disruptive and super polite. We couldn't be happier!

I had the Newberry Floor Store redo my kitchen floor with vinyl planking. Once a scheduling misunderstanding was cleared up, the installers were prompt, courteous, and very professional. They took their time and did a careful neat job. The floor looks better than it ever has. I highly recommend them for this kind of work. And I am very happy with the vinyl planking as a floor cover option. It is neat, strong and smooth. It looks like it will be easy to clean.

Great people, caring like a family. Great manager, They did a carpet job for me quick and cost effective. Also I bought beautiful vinyl planks for my upstairs for good price. They came and did my quarter rounds as well after my floor was done. Unlike many flooring businesses that make a promise but do not act and you have to wait 3-4 month to get the material these guys are great!

I cannot say enough good things about our experience with Newberry Floor Store! We went in there to browse floorings and all of our questions were answered, and they were very informative about our options. Once we decided to move forward, they were quick with getting Kathy out to get an estimate. When the flooring came in, they called us and were able to get their subcontractors out starting the next week to install everything! Everything was efficient, they were great on pricing, and they were so helpful when we had a small toilet issue. I will recommend them to anyone I speak to!

Absolutely will return! Great people and great products. We had our entire house ran in Syncorex vinyl plank. Totally waterproof and durable for our kids and dogs. Best part is no transitions from room to room!
