My first experience was not a good one. I called here to order PBR siding. The sales rep didn't seem to understand what I wanted. After 22 emails and 4 calls I finally got the product ordered. My order was sent to Gainesville instead of Sebring. I found that out after trying to pick up my order. I called ahead to check if it was available and the same salesperson said yes.

I eventually made another trip after they transferred my material to Sebring 3 days later. I never received a call to tell me my other was ready either. I was not impressed with the service I received. One more thing, the product was slightly damaged from all the transporting it around.

Poor signage for people picking up product.the front office is closed, what's that about. You have to call to place an order for material.strange.

Why pay Big Box prices. If you're in the Lake Placid/ Sebring area just ask for Bruce, he'll take care of all your needs.

Awesome and attentive staff. I'm a professional roofer and they always do exactly what they say they will. Highly recommend their company.

We have had 2 very serious problems with Gulf and they wont do anything about, the sales rep wont return your call and they cost us thousand is poor invoicing. They did not follow up on a complaint when we called, text and emailed them over and over. Then they had the VP get in the game and he totally would not do anything and is attempting to stick us with their mess, we would highly recommend you find your metal somewhere else.

Now they have turned account over the a lawyer for something they are clearly responsible and they talk to your owners without talking to the contactors, very poor business practices. American Commercial Construction and Development

Great product, great people. They answer all your questions and will demo, give samples, help with decisions without rushing you. I have solar panels on the roof and they provided product detail specific to my application with fastener information to insure proper installation. Spent close to an hour at the mfg plant with 3 people answering my questions.

They even brought color samples from the warehouse so my wife could feel comfortable not choosing from a color brochure, and they let us take it home to see it in natural light at our home. Still have that sample and it is a perfect match with the installed roof. No surprises! The final product was packaged and very well protected on delivery. Very happy with my Gulfcoast decision!

Absolutely unprofessional, horrible service. I have been waiting on a price for three weeks, left numerous messages with supplier and salesmen Tim Heggan. After calling them 5 times in a row he finally answered and told me that someone told him that we get metal pricing from them and then go to someone else, however this is my first time getting a price from them myself. Anyhow ill take my business elsewhere. Abosulety unprofessional!

This company is a NIGHTMARE! No Customer Service at all. They're good to the customer when placing orders, but once the order is paid, you have to wait forever before you receive your order. These people don't care about their customers' time essence. You have to call them many times just to remind them about your forgotten delivery. Stay away from this company! They'll just hang you up with your project. Worse is there's missing in the delivery and another forever wait despite of follow-ups. Baddd
