Friendly customer service and excellent selection of material!

Fantastic service, great prices, good selection of material in stock, as well as lots of choices to order.

They didn't explain pricing at time of purchase. I bought 342 lbs of river rock and assumed I was being charged based on their price per ton (which should've been $0.0925 per pound). When I got home, I noticed the price on my receipt was $0.15 per pound. I called and asked and was told, "Oh I should've told you that any amount under 500 pounds is sold at $0.15 per pound." No apology, no "Do you want some extra rocks to make it go over 500 lbs and get the pricing you should've gotten based on our signs", nothing. I guess since I wasn't buying thousands of $ worth of material, they just didn't give a rat's behind. Lesson learned. I'll never give them another dime!

Super friendly Great customer service. First time going to buy rocks for a drain we were about to build. The employee gave us so much more info about our project which I really appreciated.

Pulled onto the parking lot and started looking at the stone, two employees watched from inside and one from a forklift to the rear of the store, no one ever came to assist us. Walked in and asked about stone and was giving the specific information to the man behind the counter and was TOLD to take my unlit cigarette outside it stinks I went to put it away while giving info he said ":NO take it outside it stinks". needless to say we went to Good Earth Stone just down the road for our purchase and was treated with RESPECT and Courtesy.

We looked several places before finding C&L. Best selection in N Texas. Great customer service; competitively priced. Highly recommend to builders and homeowners (Exterior, Fireplace, Landscaping and beyond).

My first of many future visits, this place is amazing! The set up and displays were perfect to make your selections and the office was clean and very inviting! I would like to especially mention Scott Sanders, he was so helpful and such a gentleman to me and his customer service skills were awesome! I have shared my experience with my friends and now I want to share it with "customer review readers". If you are doing a project. Do yourself a favor and call this company, you will be so happy that you did!

My husband and I purchased some pea gravel here. The staff was courteous and the price was fair. We will remember this place for future purchases.

This is our first experience with this company. We stopped in to buy about 60 pieces of 3" river rock as part of a wedding ceremony -- they made it a "wedding gift" and did not charge us. It s great to see there are still good hearted people who work for a business that aims to please each and every customer. Rest assured we will use them for our next outdoor home improvement project!
