Brian, our sales rep, was professional, friendly & knowledgeable. We've worked with Brian many times over the years with great success. The installation crew, Brady & Cody, did an excellent job. Both worked hard even as the weather provided a challenge. Their finished fence work provides the security we wanted for our yard. Everyone we dealt with on the Eads team was very helpful.

20' of fence. Got out of the car saying he couldn't quote it. I got him to look at the disabled guy who could pick up the crushed section in one hand. "OH" Here is a card we will get you a quote. In March. Crickets. I remember when EADS and the other E locally would do any job because they were hungry. The guy who did it took an hour and a half with his helper and said he had no idea how the changing grade of at most 8" over 30' scared them so badly. You think you break part of your back when you are young working with a company and they may actually take care of you when you get old and need help. NOPE. Not recommended.

We had Bernie as our sales representative and he showed up on time and was very responsive. We worked with Joy in scheduling and they were ready to install the fence when we were ready. Trey and Darren were our installers. They showed up on time, were very friendly, cleaned up their mess, and most importantly did a great job!

EADs installed a fence for us recently. Terry and Tyler were the installers and it looks amazing! Both of the them were very professional and they did a great job! When I received the quote, I was told the job might take 1-2 days, but they had it knocked out in a couple hours! I would definitely recommend EADs and especially Terry and Tyler!

Just got our EADS fence installed and we couldn't be happier. Absolutely love it and your team of Brady and Cody are awesome. Professionalism, friendly, and knowing their job and doing it well showed today even in the pouring rain. You are truly lucky to have Brady and Cody on your EADS team. Major kudos!

Justin's crew a.k.a. "The A-Team" did a terrific job on our kentucky board split-rail fence. They were very efficient. The entire job only took them about 3 hours. Working with Ead's was also great. They communicated well and always answered our questions. They even credited us part of the job because we ended up needed a shorter fence than originally anticipated. Overall very happy with our fence and so are our dogs!

Eads was very professional and very helpful. Their installation team did a very nice job. The schedulers and accounting department were very helpful, very friendly and great communicators. The follow up requests were very timely. They also were very flexible as we were building a new home and they worked around the delays caused by our builder. Nice job by Eads!

We have had two projects completed with Eads and they have exceeded our expectations both times. Brian is a fantastic salesperson helping with the planning and design and the crews are always dedicated professionals. They go out of their way to make sure the job is completed perfectly and even address any issues with neighbors with expertise and proficiency. Brady and Cody definitely earned five stars themselves. Thank you so much for your excellent customer service!

~ MilliporeSigma ~ Industrial Chain Link I had a good experience working with Larry Burton to scope, schedule, and cost the project. He was responsive and professional. Eads worked with our schedule flawlessly and started and completed the job within the allotted time frame. Roger and Pat and the installation crew made sure I was happy with their install plan and kept me updated on any changes. The install quality was very good. I will definitely consider them again in the future.

Eads Fence helped us come up with a beautiful design using two types of cedar fencing that really suits our house and neighborhood. The fence is solidly constructed and built to last. The crew was responsive to our requests. We are very pleased with the results. Service: Wood fence installation

Eads fence did an excellent job on a privacy fence for me and my 5.5 pd Maltipoo. They took extra care and had to troubleshoot some gate issues so that my tiny dog would not get out through openings in the gate. They were very professional, got the job done quickly and the work is A-1 quality work. I would never use anyone else. Service: Wood fence installation

We needed an 8' privacy fence at Kennedy's Landing to separate us from the new Clepper Lane Extension. We called Terry Amburgey at Eads Fence Company, he came out and we went over all the details. The wood fence was about 900 ft. long and 8 ft. high. Josh T. did a great job installing it. We were so happy with Eads Fence Company we had a second fence installed on my parents property.

Then this year in 2021 we had Eads Fence Company install a third wood fence at our personal home. We are very happy with the installation of our wood fence by Cody and Steve. We also love the girls in the office. I would highly recommend Eads Fence Company.

Our fence is fantastic! EADS like many companies is struggling to keep good craftspeople. Their customer service could be better. They did give us the fence we asked for and Barney was an expert at his craft of fence building. Materials are top quality and they do stand behind their work. If you order a Kentucky board fence, and you have dogs, ask for the bottom board to be as low as possible. Otherwise you will not have a secure yard for your dog. This is not standard.

NO customer service. Have hundreds of feet of Eads fencing on my property and recently called because of a plumbing issue that would require removal of small part of fence. This was extremely time sensitive as it was a crushed sewer line that needed immediate repair. Vicki did not call back until I wrote an unhappy message on their "contact us" section of website (return call took 11 days total) at which time she said she could not help and that she did call me and leave a message (I assume she knows that iPhones have a recent section that tracks all calls-no such call was ever made) and that my sales person would call me. Have NEVER heard from him

Title: Rude, Subpar Experience, and Long Delays Bottom line: Eads Fence delayed installing the fence for over 6 months, broke two underground pipes costing over $500 in damage, and on top of all of that, was extremely rude. We contacted Eads Fence in October 2020 and a salesperson named Brian L. schmoozed us into putting half the payment down for a fence.

At first Brian was nice, helpful, and responsive. And we were fully aware that the Eads was busy and would not be able to install the fence until December. However, we did not hear back from Eads until February 2021. Brian's responsiveness was spotty and abrupt whenever he communicated with us. When Eads finally sent fence installers, the two men broke two underground pipes while digging.

They were rude, unapologetic, and unsympathetic, saying, "you'll have to fix the pipes we broke." And then they just left. They left all the expensive fencing material on the ground, broke our pipes, spit chewing tobacco all over our the yard. Worse of all, Brian could not care less and almost made it seem that we were at fault. He said, "you should've told us there were pipes underground.

You need to fix it, otherwise we can just cancel the whole order but we won't refund you any of your previous payments." But he had never asked us to mark where the pipes were (which we would have been happy to do). When I called the plumber to urgently fix the broken pipes, I was quoted about $550 to fix Eads' damage. In what world do you blame a client after you took my deposit, delayed a job for 6 months, broke my pipes costing $550 in damage, left my backyard wrecked, and then were so rude to me over the phone?

A month later, after we fixed the pipes, they came back to complete the fence and after several phone calls to Brian's boss, we were given a $250 discount to help pay for half of the damage and to try to cover up for Brian's rude behavior. I realize the company has been around for many years, but they need to treat their clients with some decency and empathy, and pay closer attention to detail before destroying someone's backyard and causing hundreds of dollars in damage.

I wanted to provide some insight into our experience with Eads. The below timeline is an accurate portrayal of the communications regarding our fence. 4/21 - deposit paid, we were informed the installation date would be 6 weeks from this date 5/12 - We emailed scheduling to ensure that the installation date was on schedule. We were again told it would be 6 weeks from the deposit receipt, which would have been 6/2 5/28 - received a mass communication weather/covid email stating they were behind on installations 6/2 - We emailed Marshelle about a new install date, she instructed us to call scheduling 6/2 - called scheduling, they informed us that the materials had not even arrived yet, they stated they would do further research and call back that day, I did not get a call back 6/2 - emailed Marshelle regarding the materials and asked why we were not informed of this earlier, no response 6/3 - called scheduling (since no one called us back with an update) and was informed that the materials were arriving that week and they were going to fabrication, we were very specifically told that the install would happen the week of 6/15 or 6/22 6/15 - called scheduling to see if there was a confirmed install date, was told they were looking into the status and would call back, we then received the attached text messages from Marshelle 7/2 - We were still waiting for communication on our install date (4 weeks past the 6 week quote), sent an email to Marshelle, scheduling finally contacted us with an install date of 7/7 7/7 - install occurred (11 weeks after security deposit), installers were not able to finish that day and said they would be back the following morning to complete, showed up a week after for final completion I am a business owner and understand the importance of quality customer service as well as the impact that Covid has had on businesses.

The weather and Covid is not something Eads had any control over. What I do not understand, and quite frankly do not have the patience for, is being spoken to or treated this way by a representative of a company that I am paying. The nature and tone of these text messages is absolutely unprofessional and unwarranted. In reading some reviews online, it seems that other people have had a similar experience with Marshelle.

I am surprised that this type of behavior is accepted from an individual that is the face of the company to many prospective customers. With all of this taken into consideration, my expectations were that we receive some sort of discount. Upon speaking with the accounts payable department, they stated no discounts could be awarded for delays or bad customer experience.

I explained that the final payment would be made 5 weeks after the completion date to match their delay for the install and was informed we would have to pay a 2% penalty per month for any outstanding balance.

Indicator Horrible customer service and not very professional. I was promised that work would start with in 4-6 weeks and would take one day. After they rescheduled the day twice, work didn't start till 8 weeks after I signed the contract. On the start date, the contractor was an hour late. He worked for 5 hours then left. The next day he brought another contractor with him but they didn't show up till 1pm, to be fair his trail did have a flat but he never called anyone to let us know.

While I was waiting for him to show up, I contacted Eadds. I was given the operation manager who pretty much blew me off saying that they had no control over the contractors time line. He didn't seem to care. The job was barely finished on the second day. I will say the quality of the work was very good, accept one post that had a large crack in it that will be getting replaced.

The ladies that answer the phone are very nice and as helpful as they can be, it's the management that I have issues with. I was very disappointed with the unprofessional manner in which they run their business. If you give your client a timeline, you stick to it or offer some discount to your customer for the inconvenience.

The fence is great. The guy that installed is very good at what he does. But your people in the office and sales people lack professional skills. Have you hired all your family., cause they are lack in skills, don't know what is going on, can't find the order, don't know where my sales man is, and could not find my deposit. It was 3 months from the time of estimate, and the fence is only 70 feet. We love what is up. But the office has a problem. Installers are great.

Asked them to provide an estimate for a 10' long section of fence with a gate. The estimate came back more than twice what Mills quoted me. I gave them an opportunity to explain the difference in the quote, but they said they couldn't help. Pretty shady. Make sure you get another quote to keep these guys honest. You'll need it

Horribly unprofessional. They tell you one thing and do another. The receptionist laughed at me when I told her that I have a job and I can't wait around for 2 hours for their idiots to show up and then be told he would be on his way in 30 minutes making me late for work. After talking to other people and reading more reviews, I feel fortunate that they screwed me over BEFORE they started work.

I had my bank reverse my down payment and I am having Need a Fence do the work. A friend just used them and was thrilled with their service! Stay away from this circus! I read that they put their signs all over the fence without asking permission making them tacky and trashy looking. Ugh! How these morons are still in business is beyond me!

I called in October. they said they needed up to 3 weeks to provide a quote. 4 weeks later, i called again. they said they would get back to me in a week. called a 3rd time in early December, the lady on the phone was apologetic and said she would have the manager call me. That didnt happen either. i guess my business was not good enough for them. so keep that in mind, yours probably wont be either. i'm going to go to someone who actually wants to work for a customer that will tell about it to his neighbors who all need fences.

Our experience started okay. They didn't answer my emails until I called to inquire about it. Continued to not answer emails until calls were made. Delivery of my requested material was delayed 5 times! Took time off work for the first day - didn't get a call to say it wasn't coming EVER! I had to call them at 4:30 to see where it was. "delayed- we didn't get to it today.

It will be tomorrow". They promised they would call me and keep me posted. Next day comes. I call at 8am - what time will i get a delivery? I'm told in the next Hour or hour and a half.2 hours later. no delivery. and again. after the 5th "Delay" they finally arrive. and DROP IT IN THE MIDDLE OF MY DRIVEWAY. 2 of the boards were clearly unusable because they were poorly cut also. Their service has certainly gone downhill!

This is the state of my back lawn that the Eads crew left me with for the weekend. A crew of 4 did 2 days of work and the tear out is as far as they got. Apparently nothing can be done over the weekend about this. I would not recommend using these guys at all.

I called for an estimate. 3 weeks later they came out to measure. Said give them a week to calculate the bid. 3 weeks later I emailed the sales rep. No response. 4 days later called main office, the lady who answered was apologetic and said. "I'll get on him to get it to you today!" That was almost 2 weeks ago. It's a shame. Not to mention I was a repeat customer. Advice: Go with someone that cares about the customer. Genuinely.

Eads recently put a fence in at our new home and we couldn't be happier. Brian was the most professional sales associate I've ever worked with. He explained the process, showed me where it would be going and promised an amazing product. Boy did he deliver! This fence is so beautiful and makes our backyard look so much bigger than originally thought! We are beyond thrilled!

Eades installed my fence a number of years ago, and it now needs repairs. I called twice to schedule an estimate for the repairs and each time I was told that someone would call back. The third time I was finally told that call backs can take several days and that repairs are being scheduled 6 - 8 weeks out. If I had been told that originally, I would have immediately begun to look elsewhere.

The person that I spoke with had "attitude" which I did not appreciate, and she made no attempt to provide positive customer service. My neighbor received similar treatment, and we will both be looking somewhere else. I would not recommend this company.

I would avoid this company at all costs. We have a small gate on our fence that we would like opened up and made bigger. We are unsure how big we can go in the area we have, and wanted advice on what we could do. We are getting several quotes, and happy to find Eads Fence Co less than 8 miles away. I put in a quote request online, and on Monday received a call from Marshelle.

She said she could not get up to our area until Friday (a small quote 13 minutes away?) and we set up an appointment for that day. When she arrived, she did not introduce herself but just handed me her card. I took her to the fence and explained what we wanted. She interrupted me several times, and rolled her eyes at everything. First, she rolled her eyes and said the previous homeowner installed the fence.

We built this house, and I explained we had it it put in. She rolled her eyes again. She said it was not "real" wood and rolled her eyes again, then said it was not the wood they would use. I said that was fine. She kept rolling her eyes and insisting I tell her what we would want to take through the fence. We had no plans for any certain items, we just wanted a larger gate.

It took several times to tell her this, as she kept interrupting me, rolling her eyes, and pushing me out of the way to measure and remeasure the gate. "It's simple, what do you need to get through here?" She interjected again. I explained again that we had no specific plans. I kept trying to ask her how a double gate might work as one side was next to a downspout.

She kept saying it was possible then impossible then possible again. At one point she interrupted saying "Just tell me what you want and I'll build it!" I explained that I do not build fences, and I wanted opinions and options. She huffed and puffed and rolled her eyes, and as she started to berate us yet again I had to ask her to leave my property.

During the entire 4 minute visit, she was rude, condescending and completely childish. She looked at us with disgust and was unprofessional. I wouldn't hire this company to take out my trash.

My experience with Eads began in the beginning of Oct, my fence was installed and it was installed with the wrong color wiring. I informed my sales person when ordered that I would like black wiring instead of brown. The fence and wiring went up and they placed the wrong color wiring on the fence, over 250 feet of it at 5 ft tall. I spoke to the installer who passed me on to my sales person to correct, winter was upon us, it was getting cold so I spoke to Becky who assured me my wiring, gate lock and gate would be fixed, as a matter of fact she would have someone out to fix the gate which was barely opening and the latch which was sticking and needed another type of screw.

I was okay with that and she promised they would call when the weather broke to figure out the wire (her words) well the weather broke several times, it is now June and I have been texting and calling Terry (my sales person) who kept promising since end of March to take care of the problem. He finally sent over someone to fix the gate only because I said I was having a party 6/16 and expected it completed and that hasn't happened, Terry was also supposed to come out and measure upon my request for additional fencing, giving him another chance and he did not keep that commitment either.

I finally called and asked for a manager the week of memorial day, Mr Reinhardt apologized stated that he would personally come out and measure for me (which he denied until I told him I record all phone calls). I did not want them to have to take down the whole fence even if it is there mistake, paint spray or something. Well, on Monday the 4th of June Terry calls after ignoring my text with additional pics and a demand for a date of repair, he called to set up a time to measure and guess what, he hadn't spoken to Mr Reinhardt and knew not of what I was telling him when I told him I spoke to him, . Needless to say he never showed up again after asking me to leave my gate unlocked and he would just show up, he never showed up.

I called Mr Reinhardt today 6/12/18 to let him know Terry called and was a no show again and that I was also waiting on him to come out as he stated, he said I don't do that, I said that is what you said and I have it recorded, he was very dry, unapologetic and just kept saying, yeah Terry didn't do well on this one. Ya Think! I didn't want to pay 6000 dollars for my fence with another company and they warned me, however lesson learned, if they don't treat well in the beginning, they never will.

I am forced to change my review from 5 stars to 2 stars. Why? When I went to open my pool this year I discovered that I had a hole in the in underground pipe right where the fence was installed weeks prior. I paid to have the hole located and then remedied. I summarily reached out to Eads to see if they were willing to pay for the damages and have not gotten a response. Lesson learned. I will never use Eads fence ever again.

This company, "Eads Fence" just installed a white vinyl fence near the front of our subdivision community. The fence itself is lovely, however they conspicuously placed multiple of their BRIGHT BLUE and YELLOW signs on our previously lovely white vinyl fence. (See an example of this in the attached photo) Our community's brand-new fence is now disgracefully marked by their ugly little signs.

Keep in mind that that Eads never added this little "advertising tidbit" in the contract bid that our community voted on. Imagine my horror when I first saw them! This new fence was voted on (and paid for) by our HOA's money. NOT Ead Fence and therefore they have no reason (or right!) to put their ugly little signs on our property. They had no hand in paying for the fence, it's not rented but instead is a permanent fence installation, nor did our community agree to Ead's gross little display of shameless self-promotion. Had I known they were going to put those obnoxious little signs on our brand-new BRIGHT WHITE fence, I would have voted against it.

Now our community looks like it's owned by (or at least greatly funded by) Eads - neither of which is true. This company is unscrupulously using bait and switch to put their gross little displays of marketing on property of communities who do not want (and did not agree to) them. BEWARE OF EADS unless you want your community or home to become their next marketing ploy.

Horrible experience with this company! Waited 6 weeks to have the job even started. The first day the installers showed up late (after noon) and all they did was take out the existing fence. The next two days they did not call or show up. I called on the second day and was told they would be back to finish the job the next day. Once again the next day they were late (after noon) and didn't finish the job.

The day after that the same thing. The following day, again, no call no show. I called the sales person, who had no idea any of this had been going on, which I feel as if he should have been following my project all along. On day seven (this was supposed to be a one day job) they again showed up late and had to work until 10 pm to finish the job. Keep in mind I have an in ground pool, so having the pool exposed all of that time is a huge liability. Also the job was not completed according to the original paperwork, the work doesn't look great and they did not clean up after themselves.

Eads installed a fence on the property line in between my house and my neighbors house. During the installation of the fence the contractors dug up an electric wire and never buried the line back into the ground. I called EADs and spoke with Brian who told me "I'm not coming back out to help you, tell your husband to do it himself." Meanwhile EADS has left a live electric wire laying in my driveway. Serious safety hazard and they refuse to bury the line.

Eads damaged my property and then refused to replace it. I worked the issue all the way up to the owner and they said that it is there policy not to fix underground pipes, wires or anything else that they might hit in the back yard. Nice!
