I would definitely have like to have paid less, but I understand they gotta make some money too. It was more expensive than having Lowes install a similar product, but these guys have a better reputation than Lowes' random installers do, and Eric has been in this business for a long time. The measure, ordering, and install processes were all simple and quick.

They had my upstairs done in roughly 6 hours and I didn't have to be home. Overall, they did a great job. You could get carpet installed cheaper elsewhere, but just pay the extra money and have a legit company like this do it.

So they did a great job on my counter top and on handrail for my stairs, the only reason im giving them a one star is the left out my little wood finish pieces to cover the bolt holes up and kept telling me they are coming back as soon as they get the paint to match.its been a year and a half and frankly im tired of calling them over 5 dollars in materials. Otherwise they did a fantastic job honestly.

They have a lot to choose from Eric was very informative on everything, giving us options. They will allow us to prep our rooms reducing cost for our church, will have to keep them in mind for our own home.

This is the first time we've been there. Huge place and selection. Hopefully they can install what we need

I called seeing if I could purchase a quartz kitchen countertop but I would be having my own contractor install. At that point she got very rude and begin belittling the gentleman doing it for me and assuming he was not a license professional. very unprofessional. I will not be doing business with them or suggesting them to anyone

Scott and his helper (sorry I forgot his name) from Finishers installed the floor for my "She Shed" and cased the windows. I couldn't be more pleased. Also very personable. I'd use Finishers again for sure. Like other posts I've seen, you may spend a little more but isn't it worth the quality?

One of their vans in Fargo ND was driving VERY carelessly. Had I not slammed on my brakes the driver would have rammed my car because he wasnt paying attention. When I called the number that was clearly printed in the van, of course he didn't answer his phone. Left a message. While doing so the driver almost rear ended me while I was turning. The owner of the phone which I can only imagine was the driver of the van, then messaged me back saying " it sometimes happens". If the owner of this company thinks that this is ok, they must be ok with horrible employees which would lead me to believe their service and products are horrible.

They sold me terrible overpriced flooring that I'm so unhappy with. Tiles stain and damage easily. I've had tiles replaced and still more have been damaged just through normal wear and tear. Flooring isn't that old either. I would never recommend going here.

I had the "pleasure" of meeting up with Eric this morning. Very professional. I indicated my intentions on a future "fixer upper" on Grosse Island, and he "hooked" me up with great ideas. Home Depot, as well as Lowes have similar products; however I prefer to support a local guy, with a family. Besides, HD flooring was rather subpar and or "JUNKIE", versus his presented samples. They install what they sell.

Everyone is so nice, professional. Eric made my husband and I feel comfortable upon entering the store. And they had everything plus more that I was looking for. The installers were great. I couldn't ask for a better team to give us our bathroom upgrade. I LOVE IT. I highly recommend finishers unlimited to everyone.you won.t be disappointed.
