Great technicians but they never seem to have all the material or parts to complete the task order. Parts they do bring still haven't corrected the problem.

When I tell you to run, that is what I mean. Do NOT go with Ritz Craft if you are considering building a modular home. My house came off the line faulty. The wall was off about 3 inches from the other walls, and they did not care. AT ALL. It took me 4 months of them putting me off only to tell me it was going to have to be on my dollar to fix. In addition to that, the roof sagged and it required getting the set crew out here again to fix something that they admitted knew had been done incorrectly.yet they let that slide too.

I cannot tell you what I went through with this company. They do NOT stand by their product IF you have any issues, and how they let this house come off the production line with so many issues is beyond me given it's built in a controlled environment. There are too many other modular companies to go with vs. taking a risk with this shady company. i thought they were "top of the line" in this industry, but sadly, they are anything but. Do yourself a favor and go with a company who will take care of you if something isn't right.because Ritz Craft could care less.and it showed.

I've called about several issues with the quality of my house. I was very disappointed that I was to get a high quality house but I haven't seen that. I had issues with seems showing in the ceiling. Siding that has bubbles. I had to replace the towel racks because they were coming out of the wall, they didn't secure, and they looked like they paid $5.00 for them.

None of the kitchen cabinets were adjusted, my son had to do that when I moved in. Between them and the builder you have to keep calling to see who's responsible for fixing the issues. My painter is fixing all the seems that were gaped on the crown molding. They installed the wrong color carpet in the two spare bedrooms, but I just kept the color because it looked ok.

I built a house 28 years ago and didn't have any issues like I have with this house. I haven't been in the house and year, worried how it's going to hold up years from now. I wanted to downsize into a retirement community but didn't expect to have the worries I've had with this house. I feel like it was just hurried to get complete and they didn't worry about quality.

Their homes and floor plans look nice online, but getting info has been impossible. We have land, down payment and perfect credit. I called Ritz-Craft about prices, which they are not authorized to give. Called designer homes, as instructed by them, but was told they can't really give a price, we'd have to meet (an hour drive), to get a full quote.

While the person I spoke to was nice, she was not in any way informative. I called Ritz-craft back, explained the situation, and was transferred to Jeff, where I left a message. I also requested information via email and submitted our information through their website 4 days ago. Definitely lost a potential sale. If something so simple is this difficult, I cannot imagine how the actual building process would go.

Probably wouldn't recommend them to anyone. Had a lot of ups and downs throughout the process - not sure how much was due to Ritz Craft and how much was due to our builders. Bottom line we aren't very pleased with our over all experience and even decided to do some work ourselves because we couldn't trust them to do it the way we wanted. Sometimes it really surprises me how some companies can stay in business.

I have been a Ritz-Craft builder/ dealer for 5 years. Great company to partner with. They have been a large part of our company's growth and success. We were a stick builder and the transition to modular has been a game changer. If you are considering the switch ask your Ritz-Craft rep for our information and I would be happy to discuss the process with you. Thanks guys for all you do for us.

Before you by ask who will be handling any warranty issues! Ritz Craft does not have such thing. Before buying, ask for there customer satisfaction survey! They will not present one. I bought 2 other homes form large builders and both sent a JD Powers survay-the companies wanted to know how they preformed-Not Ritz Craft. I went to court and lost. Ya-they will take you to court and even state the above and have the nerve to state, did you see any Ritz Craft Trucks.

I did have drawings drafted by Ritz Craft. Not 1 date was met, just a complete mess. $40,000 in attorney fees and $30, 000 worth of bad instillation cracking drywall, miss matched trim, bowing floors still they can twist things and NOT give you a WARRANTY if you do not pay the contractor we have recommended to YOU the consumer Please, look elsewhere.

No corporation is perfect, Ritz Craft is one that should disclose this upfront. Nothing in anything they give you states such. We have no service department where was that? When I buy a dam washer for far less I get a survey and a warranty Good Luck you need it do your homework!
