As a certified Trex Platinum Contractor, Miles Bradley Building promises to provide both quality materials and exceptional workmanship from our highly experienced master carpenters. Also, as a customer, you can count on competitive pricing, award-winning customer service, and professional design services.
Wood-plastic composite decking (as well as PVC decking) is designed to stand up to the outdoor elements, allowing it to maintain its look for years. There is no need to stain, paint or seal it, which is often a time consuming yearly project with wood decks. And, because it resists most warping, weathering, and bugs, you won't find it necessary to replace uneven, rotting, or insect-damaged boards.
It is the small touches that make the ambiance of your deck even more inviting. Enjoying your composite deck on a nice summer night with lighting makes the night even more enjoyable. In addition to the lighting, we here at Miles Bradley can offer you a variety of other accessories as well. If you have an enclosure with a ceiling, we have options for you as well.

We chose Miles Bradley after receiving quotes from three builders. End to end service was excellent. Their team took our deck plan to reality working with us on the material selection and building our two-tier deck exactly as we imagined it. Customer service and responsiveness is top notch - professionals even after the deal was done. Happy to recommend!

I researched deck companies for one year to get a deck made. A good friend of mine who is an engineer recommended that I get cement pier footings for stability of the deck for many years. Miles Bradley Building was the only company who would do the cement footings and I am very happy with the result. Paige and his team did a spectacular job. The workmanship is impeccable. The deck was finished quickly and Paige is quick to reply if you have any questions. I have recommended Miles Bradley Deck to many of my neighbors.

Miles Bradley built a 14x14 screened in porch with small side deck and stairs for us. We loved their design but struggled because they were 30% more expensive than any other quote (about 43k overall). We thought we'd get what we paid for in terms of quality, but that didn't turn out to be the case. When they sent a bill at the end, I asked for the project manager to come confirm that the quality was up to their standards in terms of uneven cuts of cedar right at seated eye level, boards literally coming off the wall (which had been reported before but never fixed), and boards that didn't seem securely fastened.
After saying they'd come look at the issues, they never responded again even when I followed up, trying to give them an opportunity before writing this review. Communication was terrible once the process started. The project manager blamed it on covid, suppliers, etc., (the job was quoted at a 30 day build and took a full 4 months to complete), but what we'd repeatedly asked for was a weekly update, even if there was no news, just to keep an understanding of what we were waiting on, anticipated next steps, etc.
We were disappointed in the supply chain, but upset about the ongoing lack of communication unless we specifically reached out asking what was going on. Often we were told something would happen a particular evening and then it wouldn't, with no notice, and the job was halted again. Again, the blame was placed on the electrician in that instance, but shows the pattern of it always being someone else's fault.
They also changed the design partway through the process and only after we said, "wait, this isn't what we'd agreed on" did they provide actual options from which to choose, if the original design wasn't going to work for our township because the construction designed wasn't solid enough. In the beginning, even before all of the problems, people would show up with deliveries, ask us questions about where we wanted things, and we had no idea they were coming. Covid or not, a heads up and letting us know would have been the professional way to operate.
While we use our porch often, this was not a 5-star experience, nor 5-star quality. This is rough carpentry, and the interior will have that appearance once completed. The deck portion is very nice, so if you can afford them, perhaps only use them for Trex.

Wanted to get a quote for having the deck replaced from the frame up (since the base is still in good condition). He even advertises this on his Facebook page. However, we were told the job was too small and we were wasting his time by even asking. Not sure how he determined that without even seeing the deck. Pretty rude and poor customer service.

Requested estimate for my two decks. Miles called me and asked me about the job. First thing he wanted to know if the Job was big money or not. Without seeing my two decks asked me if I was willing to spent more than $15000, otherwise he could not do my job. I said no thank you. I will not recommend this kind of business attitude and greedy company.

Received a call back from Miles to talk about coming out to quote. First question out of his mouth was am I willing to spend more then 20,000 on a deck. After I responded with I was getting quotes in the 10,000-15,000 range. Trying to inquire why so high to make sure we're comparing the same type of quote said he's not interested and hung up.

Had this company build a wrap-around front porch on our home about 7 years ago. They tied in the new porch roof they built to our existing roof on the house. So the front porch roof is only 7 years old and my existing roof they tied into is 19 years old. I needed a new roof on the whole house and come to find out the new roofing contractor just advised me that they put absolutely no ice shield on my new roof and three sheets of OSB had to be replaced due to rot. I guess they just figured I would never know, yet 7 years later!

We researched and met with a lot of companies before we decided to use Miles Bradley. We decided on this company because of the awesome communication with Andy Hodge. He was one of the few individuals who actually followed up with us and rapidly answered on many questions and concerns. Andy met with us several times and revised the plans many times. Andy continued to address any of our concerns as the project developed.
Our plans were implemented by an exceptional team of builders. They were professional, courteous, prompt and task oriented. They paid special attention to detail. Tyler, the team leader, had great communication and building experience. The daily work environment was always clean and orderly. Our high expectations were met and exceeded by the dedicated individuals working for this company.
