We've used 3D in the past and have been very happy with their work. Needing to have a retaining wall redone, I called them 3 times, once leaving a message (they never returned my call) and they finally came out about a week later. They said they'd email me the proposal within 2-3 days. It's been a week and a half and I'm still waiting. I've called them 3 times and no answer and they have yet to return my messages.

This is not a way to run a business if you want to make money. We're going with another company who's customer service has been terrific. They came out and gave us a price before they left. They've been texting us with pictures of stone colors and other items we've asked about. At this point I don't care if they are charging me slightly more. The communication and attentiveness is worth it! 3D is a hot mess.

Highly recommend! Frank and his team did a superb job on my patio and sidewalk! I had them remove the old concrete sidewalk and extend the patio with pavers. They also had to match existing paver work. He is super responsive, FAST, respectful, and professional. It is the 2nd time I have had him do work and I would have him and his team back again.

We hired 3D Brick Paving for a compete rebuild of our brick paver patio. The promised Nieman Marcus (at Newman Marcus prices) goods and delivered Dollar Store quality work. To begin with they installed the pavers too high so now we have water coming in our basement. The step landings they recommended broke after about a year, the cuts and angles look like Ray Charles cut them with help from Stevie Wonder not even close to what they show on their website or in the brochures.

The city I live in failed it on inspection and they told me "not to worry about it they don't really care" so 5.5 years later it still hasn't passed inspection. I called to ask them to look at and fix the step landings after 3 months and about 5-6 phone calls they finally came out and said yeah they need to be fixed. Several phone calls and about 18 months later they came out to replace the landings and the new ones have cracked again in less than 6 months.

The other work they fixed was, to put it gently, less than ideal. Different colored bricks, several they fixed are loose. Overall they promised cake, candy and lollipops and delivered a steaming pile of dog mess.

After a terrible experience with an unprofessional contractor, we found 3D Brick Paving. From the very beginning, it was easy to work with Frank. He had a detailed proposal, he was responsive, professional, efficient and on time. They build a 600 sq. ft. brick patio for us and it is beautiful. We would recommend 3D Brick Paving to anyone who wants to work with a contractor who does quality work, is honest and reliable.

Alex came out to the house - nice guy but ZERO follow-up from him or the Company. If I did not call to see what was happening with our estimate then we wouldn't have had any contact at all. We only need a number of repairs so i guess 3D did see enough money from us - big mistake - I have many times referred contractors to our friends and clients - but not these guys

Word has traveled fast, and our new patio is the talk of our North Shore townhome development. Neighbors, and even residents we've never met, stop us while we're walking or call us to rave about it and to get information about our contractor. Frank is extremely personable, honest and transparent. His crew is highly professional, prompt, dedicated and respectful.

They completed the job on time and to perfection, and never left a mess at the end of the day. Though drainage was a big problem before, we are now puddle-free. Needless to say, we are thrilled with the excellent team who created our stunning new oasis. They deserve a 10/10 rating for all aspects of the project. We just had 3D install a new patio at our home and we couldn't be more pleased. We gave Franco our basic ideas and he took the design to the next level. The double border around the patio ties in with the accent brick in the walls and the colors all blend beautifully. The installation crew was very careful removing the old concrete patio and their attention to detail was excellent.

We priced a few others and 3D pricing was very fair. Their no pressure sales approach was wonderful and they worked with us as we worked through several design and material selection decisions. We highly recommend 3D Brick Paving.

We used 3D Brick Paving for our patio in June 2019 and we love it! We get so many compliments on it, too! They did a great job and were easy to communicate with and understand the process. Frank was transparent and personable. We compared prices against 3 other companies and 3D was the best value for the price. We've recommended them to neighbors and would use them for any future brick paver needs!

They did great work once they started working, but as others have stated, scheduling could be an issue. It took us weeks to finally get a hold of our rep after accepting the job proposal and they started like a month later. The workers who came did a nice job and were responsive to any changes or questions we had and patiently explained things to us when we didn't understand why something was being done a certain way. Overall, I am happy with the finished product and am very glad I don't have to be chasing these people around. It would be easier for everyone if they didn't overbook themselves or have a better system of tracking and responding to customer phone calls.

We had the same bad experience as other 1 star reviews from the summer of 2018. We met with a rep in June, 2018 and had a great meeting about installing a patio. The rep was obviously very knowledgeable and experienced. He made some great suggestions and presented a bid a couple of weeks later. We asked for a few modifications in the proposal, and he said he'd resubmit a bid in the next week or so.

At that point, everything fell apart. We made many efforts to communicate with him, each resulting in a lot of frustration on our part. We received repeated promises of follow-ups from 3D, none of which came to fruition. After a few weeks of this nonsense, we gave up and moved on.

We have a unique front area in our house with a brick wall enclosing it, so we wanted to create a Mediterranean style courtyard. We interviewed a few paver companies, but Frank at 3D really stood out - he had some great ideas for how to make the whole design flow and suggested that we incorporate the walkway where it connects to the driveway. Then he sent us some 3D renderings of what the project would look like that were amazingly accurate.

His price was right in the middle of the other quotes we got, and when we watched the crew do the job we realized we definitely got what we paid for! Of course, we also selected some of the most expensive Unilock pavers but they're gorgeous and really completed the look we were aiming for. The free design services alone were worth a ton - but the execution and detailed professional job exceeded our expectations! We hope to use 3D and Frank's services again one day when we are ready to do the patio in our backyard also.

We scheduled a visit for them to come and quote. They scheduled us 2 weeks out. Then the guy came and was very rude and dismissive. Said he would get us a quote in a few days. We have had others quote the same day! It has been 3 weeks and no quote! Don't waste your time they are rude and unprofessional.

Had a horrible experience with this company! Had a gentleman come to the property to check out a project I needed done. I was told I would have my quote the week after. I followed up multiple times since. It has now been 2 months and I never received a quote. I don't live at my property, so it is frustrating to have to get up early in the morning on a Saturday to meet someone and explain what I needed done, and never hear from the company again.

Lots of great reviews here, so I had a rep (not named Mike) review my paver job and was told I'd have a quote in a few days. 10 days with no word and I follow-up. Finally get my quote and immediately accept, asking when can they start? No answer. I follow-up again. No answer. 2 weeks pass and I call the office. The secretary says she doesn't know and offers to leave my rep a note.

I agree, and calmly state he needs to be more responsive; that I need timely feedback for my project or I'll have to go with another company. He later texts pictures of a wall calendar with names, tells me it's their schedule (my name isn't on it) and says my job will likely start in 4 weeks. He ends his series of texts with "please show some class when talking with our secretary." Now, bad customer service aside, I have to wonder -- why even bother responding? Did he think I wouldn't fire him for that? Or maybe he thought they already cashed my deposit? Unresponsive, dumb and a waste of time.

I could not be happier with my patio. The initial design phase helped me understand exactly what it would look like. The result is perfect. Frank and his team thought through every aspect including the drainage, which was a HUGE issue before. I receive tons of complements from anyone who sees it. The crew was quick and thorough.

I was recently on vacation and the home owner that we stayed with was redoing their backyard with pavers. It looked like back breaking work and the equipment they rented or bought look like a pain to work with. They stated that they wished they just paid someone to do the job for them. So when it came time to expand our tiny porch to a slightly larger porch, I searched Yelp for a quality company.

After a few quotes, I decided that if I wanted the job done right I had to go with Frank D and 3D Pavers. He wasn't pushy with the sale, and was patient as we checked out our options at his show room. His crew was on time and really showed up with some heavy machinery. I must have counted three trucks, a CAT, and 8 guys at one point. They were fast, and didn't cut any corners doing the job right. The patio ended up looking better than I imagined. The positive is that the work is guaranteed for 5 years. I would highly recommend 3d Pavers. Worth every penny.

Pete really took good care of me he's an honest person and was all about customer satisfaction my new patio looks gorgeous I came home and my neighbors were in my back yard talking about how beautiful and professionally done everything looked awesome plus Pete has great taste and was helpful with the design process I highly recommend this company I'm very happy!

I think the best thing that can be said about 3D is that their work is quality AND it lasts. They sealed our patio 10 months ago and the look / glaze still looks fabulous and the quality is high. They are a great team and were very customer oriented. Call them - they are reasonable in pricing and high on customer service.

I promised to get this done and then got lazy. Truth is Mike OVER DELIVERED on everything. He worked hard to stay in my budget and then came back on a SUNDAY to do some finish work that needed to be completed! I absolutely LOVED my patio (3D installed years ago) and called them back when I had my 18' round pool removed and wanted a new gas fire pit. OMG better than what I imagined or dreamed.

My friends keep calling me "better homes and garden" and I blush with pride at every compliment. He took a hole in the ground to heaven on earth in two days! Thanks Mike and your installation crew, you were all AWESOME! I added before and after pictures, but I'm new to Yelp reviews and don't know how to attach them!

I think the measure of a business is not how they can do a good job, it's what they do when there is a problem. I had a sewer repair that required digging so my front steps had to be rebuilt. I found Mike, like many of you, by looking at Yelp reviews. Mike agreed to do the job and re-use the stones even though they had to be re-assembled like a puzzle!

Other contractors wanted to use new materials which would have been an additional cost. Unfortunately, when the job was almost done some of the stones didn't look right and some of the old materials were cracked during the process. Mike worked late with me, addressed my concerns and helped me get the beautiful result I wanted.

Mike the owner spent more time on the site of our repair work than I expected him too. He didn't just give an estimate. For example, he spent time solving a very difficult drain problem and had some parts on his truck that worked with our drain tile. He didn't charge extra for what was actually extra work and supplies. I have used other companies for brick paver work, but this one does the best work. I would not recommend any other company for brick paver work.
