We recently had Shore Glass install a frame less shower enclosure in our master bath. We were extremely pleased with the customer service at the showroom, also with the tech Doug who came to measure and with the final installation. The install crew was very professional and clean! We would highly recommend this company for any work. In addition the price was very reasonable.

Shore Glass installed glass shower doors in my new bathroom in winter of 2020. I have an autistic son who does not know the meaning of gentle. Shore was kind and understanding and provided sound guidance so I could choose the right materials to make showering safe for my boy. And when he did pull the shower door handle off the door (the set screw had come loose from being slammed with the door so much), Shore was out immediately to fix it with a smile. I will recommend them often and use them when needed!

Five years ago Shore installed two custom frameless glass doors and shelves in my new bathrooms. So happy with their workmanship. Yesterday, I stopped in the store and spoke with John as I noticed one of the strips had come loose at the bottom and also I needed a new strip at the bottom of the door. He sent Dan over to check out the problem. Within the next hour Dan & Sean were at my door to repair it.

They did a great job without any mess. Very professional. This morning I got a call from John, making sure I was happy with the repair. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality workmanship and wondeful customer service.

Great Job! I thought I needed to buy all new windows that would have cost me a fortune. John from Shore Glass came over and gave me an estimate to replace the glass in the windows and the sliding glass patio doors. 1st class operation, from the first time I call and spoke with Andi and until they finished the job. The installation and the craftsmanship is incredible. I will have them do more windows now that I see how good of a job and have a fair price. Plus the warranty! Keep up the good work. I have been bringing my repairs to Shore for 18 years. This June I bought in a glass table to be repaired - 3 months of waiting. the last month I called every week and all they would say is they cannot cut the oval shape. I do not know if they are new owners, who is cutting the glass but obviously it's lost all professional service that I once enjoyed. I picked up my unfinished table today. Stay away!

I dropped off 2 screens for my upstairs windows to be repaired, seems simple was quoted by Valarie 4 to 5 days. went back on day 6. had a huge argument with a young man with glasses. long sorry short. he finished 1, and the told me i brought them in broke and needed to order parts cause they r old. ( not true). Ur not suppose to take the frames apart, u pull the rubber tube out, lay new screen in and put new rubber in, im only the customer what do i know, ,b rought the one home went to put it back, and it broke, all my other screens r firm and strong i dont know what they did, i really dont recommend this place at all., 56 bucks, now i have to replace 1 screen, maybe 2.

From start to finish the process was flawless. My contractor recommended Shore Glass to me so I was already expecting a high level of service and expertise yet I was still pleasantly surprised. The first time I called I spoke with the manager there, Bonnie, and she was extremely professional, well informed and courteous (which should go without saying but you might be surprised these days). An appointment was booked immediately and a few days later I met yet another well informed professional, Wesley. Wesley did a great job advising me and assessing my needs/wants and the order was placed.

Everything was going great but that night my wife and I decided to modify the order. I was a little worried about how Shore Glass would handle the changes but they took care of everything without any snags or issues and most importantly, extra cost to me. A week later I got another call from Bonnie telling me my order was ready. They sent out Fabiano and.

I forget the other guys name (both very friendly and obviously highly experienced) two days later and I just gotta say, they did a beautiful job. From start to finish, an excellent experience. These are my glass, mirror guys from now on.
