We purchased our frameless shower door in 2014 from Easco, in early 2022 the plastic drip edge on the lower door broke and the the door was not shutting flush. Tech came out in mid Feb to replace the drip edge and try to realign the door, but needed to come back, on the second visit the techs were friendly and transparent with what they were doing and took the time to try different approaches to get the door realigned and charged a reasonable service fee. I would highly recommend Easco to anyone looking for a dependable stylish shower door.

I'm blown away by the great service. I didn't buy a shower door from Easco, there was one in the house I bought, and it is likely > 15 years old. But in the bottom, I noticed a little etching that said "Easco". I had called reputed shower door companies in the Boston area and got wildly fanciful quotes for repair work. My door wouldn't close, but hey - it is 15 years old.
Some companies would replace my entire shower for several thousand, one even told me that shower doors had a useful life of 15 years so I can't get it fixed. I emailed Easco, and got a reply from Ken @Easco. He recommended a reseller who could help me. He's been in email communication with me the whole time. Now, this is for me, a person who didn't even purchase something from them. I can only imagine how much more awesome their support would be if you actually purchased something from them.

Their warranty is an absolute joke. Called to replace a door where the glass is falling out and they are refusing to replace it. On their website, it shows that it is up to them to actually warranty anything so when they say that they have limited lifetime warranty, it really is telling you that they don't have any warranty after 1 year and they can pick and choose
