The previous owner of my condo had hardwood flooring installed last winter. Unfortunately, the installers failed to leave an air gap along the walls. I moved in this spring and the floor was fine. However, when summer hit the humidity caused a large bulge in the middle of my floor. Brian came the rescue! Originally, we had planned to tile my entryway removing several feet of flooring closer to the bulge.

All was set to go. The tile was purchased and the equipment was brought in to do the work that morning. The cost to do this project was to be about $3000. Before the men started Brian had an idea. He said let's just try removing the molding and cutting along the edges to see if this would work rather than doing the tile at all. Well, that's what they did and it worked like a charm!

It took only half a day to accomplish and cost me only $1600! All I had to do was return the tile! Brian is a man who cares about his clients. He chose to save me money rather than make more for himself! I recommend him with the highest of accolades!

Brian is the last of a dying breed of old school craftsman. The attention to detail and extra time taken to achieve a prefect result is what sets him apart from everyone else. I am extremely pleased and I am a hard guy to make happy when I comes to dealing with tradesmen. I spoke to several people about refinishing my weathered deck. Proposals ranged all over in scope and price. Brian's advice was for what was best for the deck and nothing unnecessary. He and his crew did a good job. The price was fair. Communication was particularly quick and responsive as well.

We originally hired Brian to refinish our older deck. He and his team did a great job sanding and painting the deck. Brian was very communicative during the entire process. They did such a good job we asked him to then refinish our wood stairs and landing in the house and build out an extra part of the flooring. Brian made the floors look brand new. Brian works quickly yet has a high level of perfectionism when he works.

Finally we had him redo our kitchen floor. He laid out the job, moved all the items, including the fridge, laid the new floor, stained the moulding and was done in just a few days. The floor looks great. The job went easier then Brian had planned and without us even asking, he lowered the price quote and charged us less. We couldn't be happier with all the job and for less then we planned, who today lowers their price like that? Needless to say Brian is very honest and we would use him again at the drop of a hat. Grain flooring renewed our house floors, left them looking amazing. We had just closed on our house in Waldwick and there was carpet all over the house and stairs, Brian came the same day we call the number even though it was already after hours. He was very knowledgeable due to the 53 years of experience. He gave us the best deal out of all the other companies that we got estimates from and was able to have our house ready within a week. They are also a local and convenient company, We have been bleesed to find them and we highly recommend their services.

Wood deck was in need of repair and restaining. Railings and spindles were sagging and in need of reinforcement. Deck and railings were rough, had cracks and were weather beaten. Deck and railings need to be refinished and stained. Brian did an excellent job from start to finish. He promptly responded to initial inquiry, came to house by next day, gave honest assessment of work to be done, made good recommendations, and gave reasonable estimates of time and costs.

He replaced deck railings, reinforced spindles and bench, sanded down entire deck and steps, and applied 2 coats of deck stain. Because of work done, the deck is actually more secure and looks better than when it was originally built. Brian himself was always on job, was very responsive to questions and his helpers were cordial. Brian was very easy to work and I would highly recommend him. I did receive 2 other proposals for this project and Brian absolutely provided the best value at the best price.

Amazing! Brian was seriously the most responsive person to work with. He paid attention to every detail of our very old hardwood floors and made them look so up to date and finished. If/when we need help in the future he will be the only person we turn to. He also finished two days ahead of schedule! Amazing!
