Charles and Margaret Blake started Blake Sand & Gravel in Sequim, selling ready-mix concrete, sand and gravel. The family business provided a special brand of service that enabled the company to grow rapidly in the local community. Their son Dave became President in 1980. In 1992, they expanded to the location on Blake Avenue in Sequim and includes tile, landscape, and masonry supplies.
Jordan - Our energetic, fun loving, and fearless (except for spiders) leader is a life time resident of the Olympic Peninsula and has worked here at Blake Tile & Stone since May of 2002. When he's not at work you're most likely to find him riding his Harley. He would like to see a coffee stand added to the store, in order to make discussing the innovative and user friendly Schluter Systems with customers even more enjoyable.

These folks know tile and treat you fair. I was working on my own project and twice needed specialty service that required tools I didn't have. They bent over backwards to help me (one was a risky cut), and charged me a price that was more than fair each time. Great attitudes, skills and customer service at a more than fair price. What else could a project performer want!

Blake's is easy to work with, and they have the best customer service out of any tile and stone retailer on the peninsula, enough said! Blake supplied all the cultured stone, porcelain tile, and setting materials for this heated tile floor and stone feature wall that I installed. Al and Matt were a big help with the ordering of the materials, and Emily in the showroom ordered the tile! Highly recommended!
