Nelson Agri-Center has been a staple in the Viroqua community since 1954 and True Value has been in Prairie du Chien since 1970. In Viroqua, the store was originally opened as Nelson Mill & Agri-Center by Fred Nelson, and it quickly became a well-known business in the Viroqua community. Roy Kanis purchased the store from Nelson in 1989, and it has been a family business ever since. Modern True Value in Prairie du Chien was opened in 1970 by Stuart and Beth Asch, Roy and Jerry George, and Ken Woodward.
Our Service Shop can help with all your small engine repair and tune-up needs! From push mowers and riding mowers to string trimmers, chainsaws, golf carts, snow blowers and more, our experienced, certified mechanics service all makes and models and have added more parts to better serve you. We also offer pick up and delivery. Please have your equipment model number handy when you have questions about parts or repairs.

Great selection. I'm a fan. Went here with some plumbing issues. 45 minutes later they had me set up with exactly what I needed to fix my sink. Some people dont think about customer service. I'm here to tell you these people exude customer service and I wont be going antwhere else for my hardware needs.
