KOBS Pools

This is our third inground pool. Our experience with Kobs has been excellent. Chris was our contact, and he helped design the pool and made several suggestions. We went back and forth with a few modifications until we found a design that worked with our price range. We were building a new house at the same time, so some coordination was required between the builder and Kobs.

Everything went extremely well, including the start date and the time for completion of the pool. We had some nagging hardware issues with the salt cell panel, but Marcus stayed on the job until it was resolved. Marcus was also very patient and informative when it came time to balance the pool. He spent way more time with me than the other pool companies did.

The communication with Kobs Pools is great. Mandi is very responsive to the emails, and people were dispatched quickly every time. Great overall experience, and I would definitely use them again.

Called for a easy quote, communicated with me a couple emails, then just stopped. Consider this when doing business with them.

Great install. Great price. Followed up at every stage. Did pool in a timely manner, honest at every step. No slimey sales guy to deal with. Real people that care about the customer. Owner was on site doing the dirty work and making sure job was done right. Company had 2 crews coordinating job and all were polite, respectful and experienced. I'm so glad I went with Kobs and I love my pool. Hands down best estimate I got and best crew in the area! Happy customer!

Very Friendly, nice selection and options. Creative ideas. Will update after our pool is finished. UPDATE: KOBS completed our pool and did a great job. I originally called at another pool company, but couldn't get anyone to call me back. When I contacted Kobs Pools they immediately returned my call and came out and did a free estimate. There was no pressure to purchase immediately, just good information and an estimate. When we were ready to get started the process went smoothly and we were VERY happy with the price and quality of construction. If you just want a cheap pool then there may be other places, but if you want a great pool that is done right at a reasonable price then call Kobs Pools.
