My experience was 5 stars start to finish. I would highly recommend chamblee fence. The estimator was on time and very consultative and not pushy. He made great suggestions for my gate post and fence. The installer came in the morning and pushed through until 7pm. He came back the next morning and hustled to get it done before a birthday party at my house in the afternoon.

They removed my old fence before putting up the new and besides the new fence, you would never know they were there. They cleaned up EVERYTHING! Heather on the phone was great (she is funny). The lady at the front desk when I made my deposit, was super sweet. Everyone I dealt with was first class. This is company gets it right in all aspects. Highly recommend. One last shout out to the 3 guys the that installed my fence, their work ethic was unreal.

Chamblee Fence was a pleasure to work with. Parker came out, measured everything, and got me a quote very quickly. We had over 400 feet of existing privacy fence and the crew was able to remove the old fence and install a new one in just two days. Chamblee Fence has done a wonderful job for us! Fence looks fantastic! We have been postponing installation of a privacy fence for 2 years because we were afraid it was going to ruin a beautiful view we have out of our breakfast area and look boring to say the least. Chamblee fence took into consideration every single concern we had. Rob arrived at the first meeting with us and took his time to understand exactly what we want and gave us some good ideas we later used in our project.

Throughout the process he was always easy to reach and a pleasure to communicate with. On the day of installation, Miguel, the foreman, with his team arrived on time and made sure he understood every detail of the project and what we expect. Miguel and his crew met and exceeded all of our expectations about the fence. He even made us a small door for our robotic lawnmower so it can easily access both sides of the property around the fence.

It is important to explain well what you want and you will get a wonderful result with Chamblee! We even go out more often to our backyard now, enjoying the craftsmanship of our new fence. We already got a lot of compliments from our neighbors too! We will happily be using Chamblee in the future for all of our fence needs!

Great experience all around getting our fence done with Chamblee. The sales process was straightforward and simple and Brad was very responsive to all of my questions. They installed ahead of schedule and completed the work in almost miraculous time; They removed almost 300 feet of old fence (chain and picket) and installed the new fence with 2 gates all in one day and every bit of the old fencing was cleaned up. The guys were very friendly and courteous and the office was very helpful with multiple payment options also.

Chamblee Fence Company recently installed a 6 foot privacy fence in our back yard and a side gate on each side our house. Our sales person, Brad Sears, was responsive, knowledgeable, and explained the process in detail. The crew installed the fence as scheduled and did a beautiful job. The crew was courteous and was careful to go over the details of the installation before they began the work. I'd definitely use them again.

A team of 3 showed up for the fence and we went over the work before they started. They worked non-stop all day and finished quickly. I'd honestly rather they have an extra member or worked 2 days so they can take a break. They also recycle used wood for a fee. I also chose this company because the brochure says its Disabled-owned. Their website also has a blog about fences.

Chamblee Fence was recommended by a friend and I couldn't be more pleased. After I decided to proceed, other friends told me that you had a great reputation. I was not disappointed. Chamblee Fence came out quoted me the same day. Install went well, there was one miss communication with the installers, they stayed till evening to finish to our satisfaction. The field rep, office staff, and install crew are professional and friendly!

We wanted to match an existing aluminum fence on part of our property, and are truly happy with the results. Michael came out to measure twice, as we had a wide gate opening on a slope in our yard. The angle is perfect everywhere we have a slope. Johnny and his crew were professional (and fast) installing the fence and gates. We are very happy with the finished fence (as is the dog).

We used chamblee at 2 properties in the past 10 years. They have been in business for a long time for a reason- The process is very clear & staff are very responsive. Taking off one star because the payment options could use a little update to match common expectations today. Overall very impressed by how quickly they were able to finish the project from quote to completion. Recommend!

We wanted an electric remote controlled gate to keep coyotes out and our dogs in our back yard at the top of our driveway. The salesman was great in terms of telling us to buy the gate from them and buy the actuator that moves it open and closed from a residential source like a home improvement store, which we did. That was great but it took fully 7 months to get our gate and only because I kept bugging them about it.

We paid the deposit and ordered it in April and it was delivered and installed in late October. Supply chain issues were involved, sure, but the manager admitted that our order had fallen through the cracks. I tried to elevate the issue from mid-summer to October but was ignored until it had been 6 months. Not good.

I had a 6 privacy fence installed in December 2020. I noticed right after it was built that the craftmanship was pretty shoddy, but figured it was just a fence, so I wasn't too bothered by the fact that the boards were uneven and the gates looked sloppy. Over the next few months, I've noticed more and more issues. Neither of the gates latch properly because the latch doesn't line up correctly.

I was told to upgrade to the 6x6 posts for the gates to avoid this issue. There goes an extra $300 per gate that didn't actually avoid a common issue. I have to really slam into the gate to get it to open and close. Then I noticed that several of the boards were only nailed at the top, so the bottom is just loose. I can fix this myself with a nail gun, but when I'm spending over $5000 on a relatively small yard, why should I have to?

Most recently, I discovered that the cement in the posts didn't even set right. It crumbles away, and makes the entire fence unstable. This is the biggest and most upsetting issue. Chamblee Fence was only $500 cheaper than the higher rated guys, but man would that $500 have been worth it for a well made fence with steady gates and stable foundation. 0/5 would not recommend.

Chamblee fence came and built a 6 foot privacy fence for me and a new gate with a metal frame. I looked at two other companies and opted with Chamblee because they were so much better at communicating with me in a timely fashion. The other companies I attempted to hire were terrible at getting back to me. The work done by Chamblee was also top notch, I would go as far as calling them craftsmen, the two fellows that came out were nice and I was able to talk with them some while they were working and banter some.

I couldn't recommend Chamblee Fence enough they were professional all the way through, from getting the quote to having the people come out and build the fence I liked each aspect of the process.

Amazing experience with Chamblee Fence! They got our quote done fast, and installation done in record time! They squeezed us in 3 weeks earlier than originally quoted and the entire install team was great to work with. Chamblee Fence Company was the first company to physically come out to look at my property. Steve was very polite, knowledgeable and professional. I should have stopped here, but as with anything you want to do your due diligence and get several quotes. I had 2 more companies come out physically and 1 company ask for measurements. One company was way higher, the other was the same but Steve was more easy going and professional - I never felt like I was dealing with a used car salesmen. Needless to say I went with Chamblee Fence Company. Steve's timeline was right on the mark.

The workers were kind, professional and OMG, the fence is AMAZING! It really is! Wished I would have saved myself time with the other companies and done this sooner. I'm happy, my dog is really happy! The Ranch Style fence in a wooded back yard is perfect, it follows the terrain of my yard and looks awesome! Thank you, I'd definitely use you again!

We had a few fence companies come out and give us quotes for replacing an old chain link fence with a wooden privacy fence. Chamblee was the 3rd and we looked no further. I had no idea how UNPROFESSIONAL the others were until we met with Chamblee Very professional. Easy to work with. The crew is of course subcontracted but they were excellent and incredible hard working.

They are NOT the cheapest but if you want 'cheap' go to Home Depot. This was a stick built fence for our specific needs. The workmanship and professionalism are worth the price tag. I would recommend them to anyone and will definitely use them for the second fencing job we have in the works.

Just got a new fence installed as a new homeowner their prices were competitive with the market, they were very accommodating when I made a mistake on the design, they pivoted quickly to still get the job done in the same timeframe. I would definitely recommend. Michael was great! Thanks again!

Prior to instillation we have our land surveyed for the official property line and had one of Chamblee fence's guys come out for the fence survey. Still when their guys came to lay the fence they damaged our French drain, literally dug it up and left it laying all over our yard, did not mention at all in the process that the drain was damaged and continued to cement post into sections of our French drain.

When I contacted them about this issue they merely stated they were not responsible for any damage by the work crew. So after paying $7500 for a fence we're left with an even larger bill to have the French drain system repaired or live with a pond in our back yard every time it rains. I would not recommend this company, customer service is terrible, our French drain was marked and still they accept no responsibility and have tried to make no reparations.

Had an an appointment with a young man who came to my home in Marietta to prepare an estimate. I have a large fence area to do so asked for an estimate for each half and then the whole. It did not take much time at all as it was primarily how many feet times a number he had on hand. Later that day I had two other estimates from different companies.

Through my meeting with them I learned of other styles and was recommended to put a cap on my pickets which would make them stay in place in future better and it would look better. Then, a few days later I called young man back to ask for an estimate for whole job with caps. He said that his company was not going to do business with me. He is young and did not want to what he would consider over and above.

I explained that my job was going to be in range of $9,000 and that for this price I wanted to do it right. I mentioned although I am in my 50s I never had a fence installed and recently through another estimate discovered cap that would better keep pickets in place better and would like final estimate on if caps were added. I mentioned he could run his calculator and if the price was within a reasonable range of his other estimate, only then, would he need to send a paper estimate.

He said his company cannot serve me. I responded, based on the hurtful comment, that based on what he said it is a for sure his company cannot serve me. I immediately moved on to other companies that would not dare to say such a thing!

Just had Chamblee install a cedar fence to replace an old rundown one at our home. They installed it in one day and it looks much better than the old one. With two dogs, we're grateful it was done so fast so they could resume their regular backyard time.

I contacted Chamblee fence company to have a privacy fence installed. All went well until the code enforcement they them a ticket for not applying for a permit. This subject never came up with Salesman. I explained I wanted to pay cash. 1/2 was paid. Be sure you read all the fine print! The salesman called to collect the remainder of payment. I explain, I could meet or he could come by payment.

He said you can pay by Credit Card. Like I said Read the fine print. Anything they have to remove to install fence they cut and drop, I had to remove small trees that they left. I received an email stating I owed 154.00! You r dollars for credit card payment and 150.00 for permit. When I called the office manager Marsha hung up on me : with the remark that hope you sleep well!

The word Permit was never mentioned. I didn't have the drawing with any specs how can I pull a permit with no drawing?! I requested the owner call me, Marsha stated he will not call you back! My advice, is not to ever consider this company. Extremely disappointed! I made a special trip to talk face to face with Marsha. She stated Steve ( salesmen) told me I needed a permit. a total false statement! I strongly advise anyone to reconsider using this company. If the owner is not willing to discuss issues from his customers, do not say much about his character!

These folks were great. Called - sales rep visited the site within 3 days and gave me a couple of bids right on the spot. I selected the HD aluminum fencing - 5 ft and 6 ft high. Project was completed within a couple of weeks and the crew got the work done in one day. Highly recommend.

I have used Chamblee Fence Company 2 times in past and for those 2 times I would have given them a 4 to 5 stars. I recently called them to repair a portion of a fence they installed that was damaged by a tree falling. The fence material they said they did not carry anymore but they said Home Depot did. Essentially they said go buy it and fix it yourself. Great customer service NOT for your repeat customers.

I've tried to get an estimate for a fence repair from Chamblee Fence Co. for over four weeks. I've called three times and been told every time that someone will call me back. Have yet to hear a word and am now calling other companies. Don't waste your time with this company that doesn't believe in customer service.

Not nice company. The staff there is not friendlyThey eventually charged more than what they told me earlier.

I give up. I approached this company desperate to start my fencing, after getting the run around from All Star Fencing for a month. Shanon was awesome when she came out and seemed willing to work within our budget. She knew time was of the essence so she promised an estimate within 2 days. Weeks later we finally got it, but measurements were wrong and she combined the price with the neighbors fence so I asked if she could do mine and my neighbor's separately and adjust the measurements.

She said she'd get it back right away. I've followed up multiple times - at first she said she'd have it within a day and now she's completely stopped responding. They've wasted 2 months of my time and I really really need a fence for my animals. I can't believe I'm starting back at the beginning.

Our new wood fence is exactly what I had hoped for. The fence builder was amazing. He built this 80 ft fence by himself in 1.5 days. I have already received several compliments from other contractors. I'm happy with their service, their work, and the quality of the fence. I just have to stain it next week.

Purchased a cedar fence from Chamblee. Not the cheapest price. As it turns out it was the cheapest quality, though. Less than 8 months ago we had the fence installed It and can be very difficult to open the gate due to the latch getting stuck. Sometime we have to kick open the gate, which leads me and the salesman to believe the post is leaning and has settled. Chamblee wants $1200 to come out and fix it. OUTRAGEOUS! A little bit of customer service goes along way. I DO NOT RECOMMEND CHAMBLEE FENCE. Praying nothing else goes wrong!

My new aluminum fence looks great with clean straight lines and right where I asked! I got four bids for the fence. I was happy that Chamblee was the lowest cost, because our HOA has one of their fences and it looks great. They also had the shortest projected lead time, which was important to me, because the fence was for our new dog, and it allows us to just let her out the back door instead of walking her four times a day. Great experience with sales, scheduling, installers (most important), and billing.

Just had a four-foot post fence installed by Chamblee for our back yard. The fence met our expectations perfectly and the crew was thorough. We've already received comments from neighbors on how solid and professional it looks. Would recommend.

From initial consult to installation to follow-up, we've had a great experience with the folks at Chamblee Fence. We needed a full privacy fence around our smallish backyard to contain our two large dogs. We were able to schedule our consultation with Wally the day after calling Chamblee. He came out, measured our area, and offered a very reasonable quote.

He also followed up by confirming our property lines against local government records; someone from his team also marked our underground utility lines. On the day of our install, a two-man team came out and worked throughout the day to get the fence up. Total installation time was approximately 10-11 hours. Our fence looks great! We couldn't be happier with it or our experience with Chamblee Fence.
