Every year Sherman Pole Buildings constructs over 300 residential, farm, and commercial post frame buildings. Most importantly, each building is custom designed and built to suit your requirements.

Sherman Pole Buildings traces its history to 1976 when Andrew Kelling opened the doors to Kelling Construction. Since then we have undergone a name change and we've expanded our scope with a significant amount of experience coming from our post-frame construction experience. But we remain committed to our old-fashioned values.
I am very pleased with the building. The crew did a fantastic job and had all the extra materials in a very neat pile along with a seperate pile for the trash they had. From the start. We had a schedule and knew of supply limitations in advance. Their reference for concrete work was also excellent. They beat their original schedule by a month. I observed almost all of the building work. The crew did a great job getting everything level and plumb. They worked efficiently and carefully. We are pleased with the results, and the price was very reasonable. The building is a 32 x 30 drive-through garage. Services: Custom shed design, Shed installation

At first, Sherman was great to work with. They recommended that we get the pad work done and then they would build it all in 3 days. We had a professional pad work done. The work was completed. Then our pole shed sunk 3 inches in a corner. It took Sherman 2 months to fix that. More pad work had to be done as well. Then Sherman broke several siding pieces and we waited another two months for that to be fixed.
It took 5 months for them to remove their garbage. To top it all off, they refused to call, return calls, and finally sent a bill that had notes simply say that it wasn't their fault and we should contact the pad company. I went from a raving fan to never recommending this company again. They had poor service, poor help, and poor craftsmanship. I try not to write reviews that are negative. But this one was so bad that I wanted to warn people about what they are getting into. My advice would be to look elsewhere.

The Sales team was professional in all interactions. They provided clear communications and kept us informed on timelines and activities. The build teams were experienced and completed the work with a high degree of quality and professionalism. Our Sherman building experience was outstanding and the cost/benefit was a great value.

The guys at Sherman were very diligent with their work and did an amazing job getting our pole shed built in about a week! Our neighbors couldn't believe how quickly it went up! We added some "upgrades" to the garage door, cupolas and weather-vanes and it really looks stunning! Nice options to upgrade and really affordable. Great communication, planning, scheduling, pricing, permitting and a hard working team. Can't say enough about how much we love it.

I am very happy with my decision to go with Sherman Pole Buildings. It was a good experience going through the design, quoting and contractual phases as well as the project execution. From the beginning to the end, the team did what they promised and we had great communication and adherence to the schedule. The crew was great, fast and very efficient.
They really worked like a fine tuned clock, not missing a beat. Their tools and fixtures helped them get the job done fast - it was amazing and rewarding to watch. I also am very pleased with design aspects. Being on a concrete pad, we arrived at a design that allowed 4 foot grid for the studs and trusses, which feels very solid.
