Almost every time I purchased from them my followup calls led to comments like "Who did you order from" and "We can't locate the order". Worse, twice I left voice mails and both times I never received a return call.

Very disappointing in their service. Anytime we called with questions after purchasing a fireplace through Alex Brick and Stone we got the run around and were told " I need to call my manager, boss, the supplier, manufacturer etc. and call you back" and wouldn't get a call back for weeks at a time, if at all. Very disappointing that nobody had answers.

I had service done to my fireplace and Tom went above and beyond to find and correct the problem. He also cleaned the entire fireplace which I was very impressed with. He worked efficiently and quickly and was very nice to deal with!
