One at a time, by hand and eye, we create site-specific art glass windows tailored to our clients' desires. Light and color are our passion. To draw them out, we work with stained glass from all around the world, leverage our in-house flameworking facilities, bevel on 1915 Henry Lang machinery, as well as carve, paint, stain and etch stained glass.

Our professional approach to our art has endeared us to our clients. We share our experience and resources to help our clients achieve a lasting work of art to enhance the character and refinement of their architecture.
Services
The body of our work tells the story of our art. For 49 years, Cain Architectural Art Glass has been creating one-of-a-kind Art Glass for homes, places of worship, and public spaces. Please feel free to peruse the galleries to see how we use different styles and individual techniques to create something truly unique.
We have patterned our business approach after European and colonial artist/craftsmen. Working on our property in the country frees us from the high overhead of commercial real estate and provides us with the flexibility and solitude to work creatively. With no office staff and marketing people we are able to keep our overhead low and direct the funds we receive for commissions directly into the creation of our projects. Each day we see them a little differently, constantly trying to imporve what we have created.
Created in the style of the Impressionists - the spontaneous interplay of light and color. Lao Tzu, Rama Krishna, Confucius, St. Francis, Buddha, Mary and Jesus, Sri Krishna, and a Scroll. This is a recent commission to represent two Irish golf courses, one in Ireland, the other in New Kent County, Virginia.
This project has so many details tucked away, so many little hidden gems. The windows themselves were created for an old plantation house near Fork Union, Virginia, in the country outside of Richmond, Virginia. The design was created specifically to match the antique feel and look of much of the rest of the farm, and the glass chosen to match.

Wayne and his son restored a Victorian church window we bought in London in the 1980's it was damaged in overseas moves. They brought it back to it's original condition! I can't recommended them highly enough.these are artists and professionals who will make whatever your project the best it can be.
