Manufactured to tight tolerances in climate-controlled plants, architectural precast panels allow for intricate custom shapes, sizes, radii, bull noses, reveals and returns.

A complete 2-foot on center stud wall frame connected to the exterior precast skin eliminates the need to build a separate interior stud wall on the building's perimeter. This creates a ready-for-drywall finished panel, shortening your construction schedule and reducing the on-site time for stud-wall trades.

Introducing the industry-exclusive 100% thermal-break/air-barrier precast concrete cladding system. Our proprietary ThermaGuard connection system secures the concrete facing to the G90 galvanized steel frame using stainless-steel fasteners. These fasteners not only anchor the concrete facing to the steel frame, but also allow the concrete to respond independently to thermal gradients with an air space between the precast concrete and the frame.

Optional Feature: Continuous Closed-Cell Foam Factory Applied Insulation is installed in an environmentally controlled facility with unlimited access to panel. Factory application reduces the use of on-site trades and shortens the schedules for interior wall build-out, as well as providing a higher level of quality control.
