We had floors installed and could not have had a better experience working with Vickie and Shenandoah Tables! Vickie expertly guided us to make the right choice on the type of wood to install and kept us informed throughout the process. The flooring was installed ahead of schedule, and the installers were careful and efficient. We love our new floors and are planning to use Shenandoah when we are ready to install new wood floors in another part of our house. Thanks to Vickie and her team!

Fantastic craftsmanship, but HORRIFIC customer service by Vickie. We ordered a custom table in early June and were quoted delivery by the end of July. At the end of July, I hadn't heard anything and called particularly because we were supposed to receive a draft of the table design to make sure measurements were correct and agreed upon. I received that draft on August 4th.
We weren't too concerned with the delay because it's 2020 and nothing is going according to plan. We were just excited to have found a local source for a finely crafted table from reclaimed wood. Cut to the end of September when I still haven't heard a word from VIckie. I call, again. This time she promises it will be delivered the week of October 3rd.
On Oct, 8th, she calls me to tell me it will be delivered today (Oct 13th). So again, another deadline missed and more than two months since the original delivery quote. So cut to the delivery today. Two gentleman show up to deliver and assemble the table. One is wearing a mask draped across his chin and the other has no mask at all. They tracked some mud in and over our living room rug.
I point out the spots to the delivery driver who acknowledges the mud blotches and takes photos for his record. Shortly thereafter, I get a call from Vickie. I tell her we're pleased with the table, but mention the mud spots. Her default instinct is to tell me that she can't be sure it was her team that tracked it in. Well, I can be sure because a) we never wear shoes past the foyer and b) it was wet and right in line with the path they took to the dining room.
The fact that she instantly took that approach was the most frustrating portion of this whole experience. Just to compare: - I bought an $800 buffet from Basset. They kept in touch with me and delivered it on time. The deliverymen wore masks and rolled out a protective sheet over my floors. - I paid Vickie $5,500 for a table. She ghosts me, sounds annoyed when I call for an update and then immediately blames me for her crew's misstep.
One other IMPORTANT thing to note. The craftsman signed and dated the underside of the table. It was only finished yesterday so the lacquer has barely had 24 hours to cure. It's off gassing TERRIBLY. So despite the fact that it's going to be in the mid-40's tonight, I'm leaving windows open. This table should have been given a few days to dry in the shop before it was delivered. Like another reviewer, we're going to be renovating our kitchen in the next year, but absolutely won't do business with Vickie again.

We had a custom mirror made to match a cherry hall table. Shenandoah used a drawer from the table and a perfect match was made. Also, we found the style of dining room chairs to complement our custom wood table. It was a pleasure to work with Shenandoah K&H on our custom pieces. Loved the craftsmanship, and our relationship with Shenandoah K&H continues.

My doors were hung last week, and they are absolutely Gorgeous. I cannot be happier. The quality and color are Rate 10. I would highly recommend this company if you are looking for High Quality. My Barn doors in the interior of my house are now a focal point. I would highly recommend you having them install them, its a lot more complicated then it looks. Vicki is First Class, knows her product, and very helpful.

I just renovated an old cow barn on our family farm in VA. We wanted a poster bed out of lighter wood than our oak floors so we had it made from older Maple. We also had two end tables made from the same wood. We are extremely pleased and ordering a kitchen table, two Windsor arm chairs and a coffee table. The furniture is well built, strong and beautiful.
