M & W Counter Top

One of the rudest receptionists ive ever talked to. Was not helpful and also hung up on. Very unprofessional.

I called for help with repairing a countertop. I was told without an account they can not help. I was told to call another cabinet repair shop and they game me a name and number. I called the recommended place and they recommended I go to yet another countertop supplier. I called back to M and W to let them know what had just happened and the lady on the phone did not seems to care.

At the end of this I find out our company actually does have an account with M and W. I am not good enough to get help without an account therefore I am not good enough with an account.

A awful experience dishonest unprofessional I would never recommend this company I ordered a countertop and I waited 6 weeks on this countertop when I was promised that I would have it in a week and then when I received the countertop it was 10 inches too small. and then I was promised again that I would have it within a week and it is a week and a half and I'm still waiting

Family owned. Well made countertops. Takes care of the customer.

I was happy with the design of the formica but they took much longer to come in than anticipated, the sink hole wasn't cut, and the seam was not where the sink hole should've been. Instead the seam is pretty blatantly on the opposite end of the counter in plain sight
