Great customer service throughout. They are quick to respond and will walk you through the process. We are extremely excited about our new court.

We recently tried playing pickleball on one of these courts. Absolutely unsafe when the least bit moist. Several people fell, one was seriously injured. A real problem for an island climate where the dew sticks around until past noon. Also the court in general is dead, and balls go off in unpredictable ways when coming up from the court. Absolutely not suitable for pickle ball. Not recommended by USAPickleball.

As much as I appreciate someone finally answering my review, it is meaningless as we still don't have a usable pickle ball court. The comment about the salesman usually inspecting the surface area before purchase is all good except our salesman said it was fine before we made our purchase. Apparently he was very uninformed about what makes an acceptable surface and it cost us $8000 with very poor results.

Your sympathy, without action, is of no use to us as we still can't play. You should refund our purchase price. We have pulled up the court and stored it as it does us no good. Other people from surrounding areas have tried our court and will definitely not choose this surface in the future. Because of what this court cost us, we can't afford to have the concrete surfaced for a usable court. We trusted your company and you failed us. Sincerely, Paul Bailey

Hello Jaime, your team definitely made it right. I appreciate your teams understanding with this. It was a little bumpy also due to this being my first time doing this. But the team at Versacourt definitely made me whole. I apologize that I did not update this.

Love the VersaCourt. The charge for painting lines seems high but the overall price/quality is great. Took us about 3 hours to assemble the court and start having fun.
