Owner Eric Good launched Shoreline Vinyl in 2003 because he believed these aren't the ideals of some bygone era. He believes this is how businesses should still operate today, and these values have become part of Shoreline's culture. There are several members of the Good family who are part of Shoreline Vinyl, and there is a strong sense of family pride in the company they've built. As Shoreline Vinyl grew, we recruited many of our new team members from among the friends and family of our original employees.

Being a new contractor to the eastern shore, I was told that Shoreline was the company to use for my fencing needs. For three days I left messages with the sales staff to try to obtain a pricing sheet for various vinyl fencing jobs I am bidding on and never received a call back. Evidently, they don't need the thousands of dollars worth of fencing I had planned on buying. I will find another supplier to get my fencing that will be happy to do business with me and will actually give me the courtesy to at least return my call.

My wife and I own Sussex Fence Company in Millsboro, DE. We've been in business now for 38 years. We started using Shoreline Vinyl products since about 2006 after having some problems with a previous national supplier. I liked the fact they are local and treat us very well with impeccable customer service and high quality products. We've had very few warranty claims and they have always stood by their product lines.
They've been very efficient in their ordering processes to delivery schedules and have gone above and beyond doing everything possible to get us products on time. Pricing has been comparable to similar product lines and they have always been accommodating in getting us the best possible pricing for some of the large & custom projects we've under taken.

When its time to sell you a fence, they tell you about the great warranty. Then when you have a problem, they make excuses and tell you to deal with the manufacturer. They have a guy named Wayne Phipps who is supposed to be in customer care. He is immature and rude to customers. The owner Eric Good could care less. The only reason they are in business is because there is no other supplier in this area. Don't do business with them. Its worth going to Mid-Atlantic Deck and fence. They are professional and care about their customers.
