Has Ace Hardware signs hanging everywhere. Has Ace Hardware products. Makes money off Ace Hardware's name & advertising but doesn't offer standard ace hardware discounts on case quantities. Wants to be an ace hardware as long as it benefits them. Also, the $7.99 can of paint i just bought is 5.99 at all other ace stores with 10% off when you buy a case. Try walmart. They sell everything these guys sell.

Worst experience I've ever had building a home, I've built 3! I ordered doors and windows expecting delays estimated at 12 wks not their fault. However, my expected date came and went. No doors. I was lied to many times that someone would call me. They never did. Customer service is horrible. When I finally got my doors several were broken they sent them to me anyway.
They did not offer to replace them. And I was told after purchase. No refunds ( even if doors are broken? ). I paid for my cabinets, choose them in August 2021, it is now March and I have finally gotten cabinets after going three time to pick out and paid for. They have sent handles but all 3 times they were not the ones I choose. So the builder is having to replace the doors himself.
Because I refuse to install patched doors into my new home. I spent 20k on doors windows and cabinets and ZERO HELP FROM SALESMAN EARL and Horrible experience with cabinet guy Luis who could care less about what I ordered. I have finally given up trying to get proper things and we are having to get new doors from somewhere else. The doors were cheap made doors, most of them.
And this is new construction. I would never recommend or use this company again. It's been 8 months and build has been held up because they refuse to help me get quality doors. Customer service is the worst I've ever seen.

I really want to remodel my house from this store but I can't stay in there long enough to wdiscuss purchasing options because it's too miserable in there from the poor air conditoing. I love this store in that it's one of the great family owned hardware stores, and it has everything Home Depot does, but the employees are so wonderful I feel for them that they have to work in this environment.
I don't know why the owner would subject his customers and employees to such misery. It's just sad and disappointing. I'd hate to take my business elsewhere. Especially when the owner is so financially able to fix the problem easily.

Came here to get a ton of lumber to build some fencing on a Saturday at 2pm only to find out they close at 1pm in Saturdays. Now I'm on my way to Lowe's. guess they're not interested in competing with the larger box stores. And people wonder why "shop locally" is an asinine concept. 1pm on a Saturday. seriously?
