I've tried to call them several times and no answer. If you don't answer the phone how can you get my business. I received a call from the owner. He told me they are having phone issues at some of his locations. I have had the same issues with our phones at the shop. He is helping me personally.

They have lots of different color metal. they are great we did our porch and room with their metal

For this order, I had to call in three times to give the same measurements for my roof. But I returned to their business because they seemed like a good local company. Last time I had to go back three times to get the same piece of gutter that was cut wrong. Knowing the lack of organization after having placed two orders at this point where multiple issues needed to be ironed out, I called prior to picking up my order today and asked if they had it packaged and ready to load.

The answer was yes and that a forklift would be ready to assist. I showed up with no gloves and ended up spending an hour at the place loading the metal with my own hands, one piece at a time. My hands are cut up and bleeding, and the metal is scratched (much of it prior to loading). After getting home, I called the manager and asked for a discount.

They were uncooperative, didn't really take responsibility, and told me: "go on and call corporate, the outcome with be the same". Being in the building department at VA Tech, I can assure you I will warn all Hokies about this local company. I noticed the manager left her own business a review (Crystal, it's two reviews behind this review). Lovely when your service lacks to a point where you have to leave yourself 5 star reviews. They just called and said they are taking 30 dollars off my order because of my hassle. Unreal.

Great prices and friendly staff. They always go out of their way to make sure all your questions are answered and that you have everything needed for your project.

Seen my neighbors roof done and they did a great job, BUT! Let me tell you how racist the clowns are. My mom called today wanting to get an estimate and she heard one of them say in the background " I bet that's a black person calling" Who would want to do business with some clowns like that!

Currently waiting for our metal roofing that was to be delivered and Lyons was a no call no show. HURRICANE FLORENCE IS COMING AND NEED TO GET THIS DONE --- now. So now paying 4 men to stand around with nothing to do. Husband phoned, worked phoned I phoned. I received the answering machine when I called. CALLED BACK. Crystal informs me the truck will be there soon.

It ran out of gas.well that's professional. And why didn't anyone call to let us know. Silence.then.answers that well the truck will be there soon. About what time? No time given. Again, 4 men being paid with nothing to do.who had other jobs they could be working. Very disappointed in the service. I am currently being treated for cancer and have surgery scheduled in a few days.so this is just one more thing.

Prompt service, reasonable prices, and orders do not take more than a few days. They also have a lot of rejects that are good for small projects like sheds and chicken coops.

I had one of the worst experiences with the woman that works there. I called to ask about a few products they had in stock. The entire phone call she acted like she had better things to be doing than helping potential clients. She kept going ugh under her breath like my questions were a bother to her. She placed me on hold for over ten minutes just to return and rush me off the phone. Because of her actions I will not be using Lyon's and will be taking my business elsewhere.
