Great home improvement store. The company is employee owned therefore the staff is very helpful and friendly. Their products are of superior quality.

Caren Clark knows her stuff in all things of cabinetry design. Time spent with her is well worth it.

Extremely defective lumber. Dealing with gouges, splintering, cracking, uneven edges. I do believe we were sent the culls. I first spoke with Todd the GM on Friday and he "wasn't able to locate the Invoice" although I gave him delivery date, and delivery address. I called back on Monday and spoke with Matt and "Todd was on vacation", so I explained to Matt ( the salesman that sold contractor this wood) the issue, offered to send photos and /or ask him to drop by residence to see lumber.

He didn't have time NOR would he have time the following week ( wished we all knew we wouldn't have a free hour 2 weeks away). Matt did say what he sent was "the best lumber he had". Something seems strange to me as out of all the reviews, all have 5 stars. How many businesses does one know that warrants perfection from all customers? I believe this company is owned by the employees.

I DO HAVE PHOTOS TO CONFIRM THE CONDITION OF THIS LUMBER. The condition of this lumber is deplorable after two weeks, what will it look like after 6 months? Folks, you have been warned.

Old school lumber yard, great place. Friendly sales staff takes your order and helps you load it. They stock many products you can't find at big box stores. Yard is clean and we'll organized.

This place may have the best building materials in South Carolina, but if you can't get waited on, it won't do you much good. Stood in line with 4 in front of me and one guy waiting on customers. No one else came out to help as the customer and salesman debated the value of returned items. I left the place as I found it--4 people waiting in line. No thanks.

Great place, and there is this truck driver there that looks exactly like Chip Gaines from Soutern Magnolia (but he is younger too)! Really nice people and good guys at this store that will go above and beyond to assist you.

The guys in shipping and receiving are very friendly and quick. This is a great place to deliver to.

I needed wood to refloor a deck. I had checked out several places before coming to them. Their wood quality was better. Their staff was more knowledge. The delivery service was quicker than the competition. Definitely coming back for large wood purchases.
