After expressing frustration Peddinghaus is making an effort to correct some of the problems. Unfortunately the Software, Peddimat, is outdated and I urge anyone looking to make this kind of investment to get a demo before making their decision. I would have gone a different route if I would have known how archaic it is. Overall, our machine is well built, the software is far below what you'd expect, and if what they advertise hold true their ongoing training and support is good.

I wanna said as a operator for seven year this company running multiple PEddinghaus machines this company is amazing. I hade to deal with part department Technicians and support help. They had never had told me no I can't help you. The response time is fast. I would highly recommend PEddinghaus machines.
