The process of getting a new front door was absolutely painless. Sales person came over, i picked the door, paid half. When the door came in, Fran called and scheduled. Installed yeaterday and paid 2nd half. Presto! New front doors. Love them.

The product is top notch and the service is impeccable. It all about the experience. Great local company been around for ever, for a reason!

Called them and emailed them over 6 times to confirm an appointment for estimates on the house. First, they suggested a date that I agreed with to only get an excuse as to why it wasn't booked. Second, they reconfirmed a date and missed it. Third, called again (on the day of appointment) to ask about the estimate and they said they'd check in on it; I did not receive a call back. Called.emailed. I don't know what's going on. Inquired about replacing the entire 2600 sq/ft house with sunroom and they're MIA. If you're busy, I'd get it.

Muhler came highly recommended to me for a windows project I was working on. I got all the exact measurements. I went to the store and spoke and consulted with them three times before finalizing my order and putting down half of the payment. I asked them if they had an idea of when the windows would be ready for pick up and they said around mid to late January (this was in mid December).

I signed the paperwork and then I waited. And waited. By January 27, I decided it was time to check on the status. I went there (with doughnuts) to get an update and they said someone would call me back. I then got the run around that they were trying to find the delivery guy and they would call me back soon with more information. No call back. The next day I called again and they again said the gentleman will call me back.

He finally called me back that day and they told me THEY NEVER PLACED THE ORDER! Somehow! I demanded to speak to the owner and again was told that the owner would call me back. Never got a call. I called again today wanting to speak to the owner and they said someone was going to call within the hour. I finally got a call back however it was not from the owner but they were going to refund me the money I put down.

When I asked how long it would take to get the order done if placed today and they said they are backed up and it would take SIX WEEKS! I declined and got my money back. I had tried to speak to the owner to give him a chance to explain himself before I wrote this review, but it never happened. If you know you messed up, why wouldn't you put my order ahead of whomever was in line!

I wasted valuable time and money because of this. On top of this, they quoted me $2200 for the project and after this fiasco, I found a general contractor that was willing to do it for a much better price with labor included.

Being trying to get a warranty repair for a few months. They have yet to return a call as promised. I can't even see giving them one star at the time.

I contracted with Mueller Co to enclose my 12 /20 screened porch on January of 2018 for the cost of 47,000.00. The work finally began in early May and as of February 8, 2019 the porch enclosure is only 2/3 of the way complete! Every excuse for delays have been told to me. They are missing in action for weeks at a time with no communication! This company is poorly managed, disorganized, and how they are still in business just amazes me. Stay as far away from this company as possible!

Muhler really stepped up to the plate when I needed a replacement door for a Sunroom that they had installed over 15 years ago. Because the Sunroom was a Temo product and they no longer did business with Temo, I called Temo directly only to be told that it would cost me over $1000 to have a door shipped to me and then I would have to hire someone. to install it. Well, I contacted Muhler and Jennifer was amazing!

She called Temo, had a discussion with their management and suddenly my door was ordered under warranty to be shipped to Muhler, after which Muhler would do the install. It took several calls to Temo and 2 months to get the process completed, but Jennifer was persistent and I now have a new door that closes properly. The installers, George and Chris were right on time, totally professional, considerate and efficient.

Not only did they uninstall the old door, install the new door (making adjustments to make sure that it was a solid fit), they also rehung the window treatment and re-affixed the security alarm. *****Stars to the Muhler team, Jennifer, George and Chris!

What is a sign of a great company? Cheap prices? Maybe. Good work - possibly. Having a problem and the company corrects the problem - YES! The problem was not their fault and they still make the customer happy and fix said problem without the customer having to complain - YES! The employees are terrific to work with - YES! The Muhler. Company is a great company.

The salesman told me installation of 20 quality replacement windows would take just a few days and could be installed within the time requirements I needed. Once I signed the contract the whole job went downhill. The installation did not take place within the time period promised, windows were mismeasured and delayed the completion of the job, and the installation was poor quality.

What should have taken a few days turned into a several month disaster. The company refuses to return phone calls and will not communicate. The BBB is now involved. Let the buyer beware!

Replaced all of our windows and a patio double door. 13 windows and 1 double sliding door of there best top of the line product. After only 4 years 2 windows fogged up so bad you can't see out of them. No problem we thought with Muhler's life time guarantee. A joke! First we call Muhler about the problem and are told it will cost $90. for them to come out and inspect there defective product.

After they came out and inspected, we are informed it will cost another $150.00 dollars for them come back to replace there defective product. I couldn't be more upset and I will not recommend Muhler to anyone.

This place has been in the Charleston area for over 20 years. You can fin windows, doors, for your business or home. they do offer a free in home consultation and they have fair prices. yes it can get pretty pricey to replace some windows but these folks are the best. these folks are also known for their storm protection. they have some really cool hurricane shutters, made like an accordion. if youre looking to upgrade your home or want to see some options head on over.
