When Ed Decker formed Decker Construction in the 1950s, he envisioned a Columbus construction company that offered high quality, cost-effective products and services to the central Ohio community. And although the company has evolved during several changes in ownership, from Marble Cliff Quarries to Medusa Aggregates to The Crane Corporation and now in its capacity as an independent business, the vision has never changed.
Decker Construction is an industry leader in quality asphalt paving construction. We're prequalified for projects by ODOT and the City of Columbus and have received numerous honors from Flexible Pavements, the industry's premier Ohio asphalt paving association. There is no asphalt repair job that is too small or too big for Decker Construction. From pothole patching to comprehensive pavement removal and replacement, we've done it all for more than fifty years. Our expertise covers your parking lots, pavement surfaces, catch basins, utility cuts, potholes, and subdivision issues.
Decker Construction is a qualified asphalt milling contractor and we have the experience and tools it takes to precisely remove the most intricate depths of asphalt, concrete and stone. Our machine is capable of milling 13 deep and 4' wide in a single pass. It is also versatile enough to do pavement repairs on light-duty parking lots and on long trenches for utility installations, eliminating the need for a saw cut.

The area were I live we get this letter from this company March 2021. SAYING that they were going to do this and that and this and that. But because of the Weather in March in was postponed to another month. WELP her it is July and ALMOST over with. But last week I called to see when it was going to be done. The response I got was they came down and checked things out and nothing really needed to be done.
I WAS IN SHOCK. I guess since Oakland Park Nursery is here we dont need a major road fix or anything else they WERE going to do. I would now like to say and YELL and BIG TYTYTYTYTY to Decker for redoing our street. I am also Thanking you from my neighbors and a MOST of ALL Oakland Nursery Folks are really really Pleased and OH Yes I forgot one other business that has been here since the 70s. Cooks Grocery Store. but MOST of all the BIGGEST THANK YOU comes from my back. THANK YOU THANK YOU.

I wish I could give them zero star. Worst people In terms of communication. They ruined my driveway apron work. I tried to explain what i want but the worker was so rude and said I know what i am doing and left without completing the job. My receipt is still in the pipeline after weeks. I contacted them multiple times but no use.

This company has some of the worst "workers"- I use this term loosely because no actual work is being done - I have ever seen in my life. They come out only to appear to be working, but instead stand around accomplishing nothing. Do not hire this company in any capacity, unless you've got upwards of a month for a simple job.

No idea about their work, but their employees had a bad attitude! Driving to work this morning (8/1/2017 at around 6:15am), a bald gentleman with a long beard decided to tailgate me and put his brights on me while I was passing cars because I apparently wasn't passing them fast enough for his liking. After I passed the cars, he went flying around me, then got in front of me and slammed on his brakes causing me to almost run into the rear of his truck, then he pulls next to me and tries to get me to pull over so I can fight him.
I watched him do the same thing to at least 5 other cars on my commute into work. Decker, seriously do you want people like him working for you? Attached is a picture of his truck.
