Got a crack in our front windsheild while traveling. Called our insurance company and they set us up with Rite Way to have it replaced. Rite Way arrived right on time. The tech, Taylor was polite and professional. Took less than 45 minutes and the windshield looks great. Our customer service rep was Gina and she was great as well. 5 stars all the way around. Excellent service.

I called late on a Friday afternoon to have my son's windshield replaced and not only did they have the best price, I had an appt Monday morning! The technician, Joe, was prompt, professional and did great work. The office representative, Hailey, was professional and very helpful. I'd highly recommend this company to anyone that has windshield repair or replacement needs! Thank you.

I had my windshield replaced last week and it was super quick and easy! One thing I noticed is that the price was cheaper than other places I called. They were the only ones who could get to me by the next day. The gentleman who replaced my windshield (Jordan I believe) called me about 15 minutes out to let me know he was close. Once he came, he finished in less than 1 hour and I was good to go. So far, everything is good and I am pleased with the service! I would definitely recommend!

I called, Katie submitted my claim, Jordan called upon his arrival the next morning, and we had a new windshield that day! He left the contact information in the event we had any concerns, and Katie then followed up with a phone call. We were told that the windshield has a lifetime warranty.

Katie called within minutes of my claim being started and got me scheduled the very next day! And followed up to ensure my service was satisfactory. Taylor came to my work & had my glass installed in no time. They both were super friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. This was literally the quickest, easiest and best experience I've EVER had.

What a wonderful experience! Hailey is a gift, so very pleasant and kind! She stayed on the phone with me while I filed the claims on line with my insurance company, helped me navigate the process and let me know when the claims were received. It was so fast and easy! We had two vehicles with cracks in the windshield. We had put off replacing the one because of timing and the pandemic. (I've been going through chemo for breast cancer.) They replaced both windshields the day after I called.

A tech came to the house to handle one. A different tech person picked up the second vehicle, drove it to the shop and brought it back. All handled within a couple of hours and handled beautifully! Everyone was professional, respectful and responsive. Would recommend and use again in a heartbeat! Thanks to all!

While traveling to Lexington for a little getaway a rock hit our windshield causing a huge crack. We didn't want to drive back home with a cracked windshield so I started making phone calls to schedule a repair before we even arrived. My first few phone calls were largely unsuccessful with not being able to get an appointment until after we would have returned home, then I found Rite Way.

After explaining the situation to Hailey she was able to get us in the next afternoon to replace the windshield. I would highly recommend Rite Way. They really went above and beyond for us in every way possible. Thanks to them and their top notch customer service we were able to enjoy our trip and not worry about our windshield!

The customer service I received from the initial phone call through installation was great. Eric was very helpful over the phone, I was given a quick turnaround appointment and even offered for the repair to come to me. When I arrived for my appointment Brett was at the ready and waiting to take my vehicle. Just an overall easy, expedient and pleasant experience for a windshield replacement. I highly recommend Rite-way. From initial contact, to checking up on me the day following service, they have been extremely professional and have paid attention to every detail. I am very grateful that Brett helped me trouble shoot a leak in my roof. It was hard to judge if I had a faulty windshield seal or if it was a crack in the body seam near the top corner of the windshield. He could have easily upsold me on an expensive fix, but he was kind enough to look at the problem and try a less costly option first before trying a more expensive one. So far the fix is good, and even it fails in the near future I'll still go back again to see him for the other option.

Rite-way fixed my son's windshield when I was 2 hours away. The glass company across from Paul Miller was rude and was going to put me off for 10 days. They wouldn't even help me get the car out of the weather. Rite-way was completely willing to accommodate, housed the car in their garage overnight, and had the windshield replaced the following day. Hailey went above and beyond. She handled all of these things, was sweet and overly happy to serve, and even followed up the following day.

Riteway Auto Glass went above and beyond. Eric made booking my appointment completely effortless and was super transparent. Jordan came out and fixed my windshield faster than I could have filled up my gas tank and Haley followed up and made sure everything went smooth. Which it did! Hopefully my windshield never breaks again but if it does I know who to call.

Needed windshield replaced on husbands truck. First thing I did was call Riteway. I didn't know what the process was, and they handled everything from there. They contacted my insurance company and had us on 3 way call. They had it replaced very next day! They contacted my husband day of during his lunch break to let him know when they would be arriving and made sure it was done by time he got off work. They made the process very easy with no complications at all! They even did a follow-up call next day to make sure everything was good!

I've always had a great experience with the sales team! I mostly dealt with Hailey and she was always super helpful and respectful. Nick usually installs our windows and he is always very timely and professional at his job. Highly recommend this team and their services.

This is my second windshield in a matter of weeks, but this experience far surpasses the first. I dealt with Hailey over the phone and she was not only polite and professional, but she also took the time to make sure I would be getting the proper windshield and at the best deal as well. My previous experience was arranged through a Ford dealer and I didn't even get the OEM part. AND.that was after not one, but two wrong orders.

This experience though, spot on.perfect! The right glass, on time and an outstanding experience from start to finish. In total I spoke with three different employees here and all three were fantastic. That shows a culture that is focused on first class service.and worthy of your business! My back windshield was shattered on a Friday and Rite Way Auto was able to order my glass and install it that day for me! While others had appointments for Monday or Tuesday we were supposed to be on the road that day and they made sure we could still get on the road! Taylor arrived when they said he would, called from the road to let us know he was on the way, worked fast and accurately and we enjoyed chatting with him while he worked. Hailey called back to check on us and make sure that our appointment went well.

She was very helpful and was able to provide me with a great quote for my truck that needs a new windshield in January. The fast service and truly genuine people will keep us Rite Way Auto Glass customers for as long as they let us. Make this your glass repair shop!

Rite Way was very responsive and was able to come to our house the next day. Cody did a great job with our windshield replacement and was very efficient and hard working! Haley followed up with a phone call a few days later to make sure we weren't having any issues, which was appreciated. Great company- will definitely use them again!

Rite Way Auto Glass took the stress out of an unfortunate situation when I found myself needing a windshield replacement. After a tractor-trailer kicked a rock into my windshield, I knew it would likely need to be replaced. After filing my initial claim with the insurance company, I called Rite Way and explained the situation. After providing some additional information, their staff reached out to my insurance provider for me and got an OEM windshield replacement approved in a matter of minutes. Rite away was able to get me scheduled the following week.

The process couldn't have been more simple. I dropped my car off at their location because mobile install was not an option due to the required camera/sensor recalibration. I didn't have to fill out any paperwork - that was already handled. When I picked the car up that afternoon, it was parked outside ready to go. I spent no more than five minutes in total at the shop.

The install was done well. Great fitment throughout and everything lined up like the factory glass did. The only indication that the glass had been replaced is a very slight bit of sealant on the interior of passenger side of the windshield, only visible from the drivers seat (seen in the 3rd photo). I doubt the average person would have noticed - the only reason I did is because I've detailed this car inside and out probably a hundred times over the years.

If that's the worst of it, I call that a win. I'll also note that my car was very clean when I left it, and was still clean when I got it back. Following the install, I did a deep clean on the new glass, and the clarity and finish is wonderful. I haven't had any issues with the sensors so far either. Rite Way gave me a follow up call about a week later to make sure I was happy with everything.

From start to finish, this process was much easier than I expected, all of my requests were accommodated, and their customer service was better than I expected. Based on my painless experience and the quality of the install, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Rite Way in the future.
