Heartless, non-caring, upper management. You show all these pictures of all the help you provide for the community. What about helping your own employees, My name is, Mykl, Im a single grandparent, raising 2 teenage girls, a viet. veteran, recent medical problems has caused me to miss a lot of work, my plant manager, the best, has went out of his way too help.
I barely make my bills, im behind in all my bills, have disconnect notices, recently i was overpaid, my check is direct deposit, it was deposited, and them sent to pay my rent. I had made arrangements with Landlord prior to this, i have been late a few times, so she wasnt going to give it back. i have just had a pacemaker installed 2 days ago, have had heart problems. VA installed it, because i could not afford, the co-pays, so they can continue with needed back surgery.
Prior to surgery, Friday my 34 year old daughter had been reported missing in Ohio, after surgery i was informed she was found deceased in her car. I dont have the money to attend the funeral or help, was going to have yard sale to help raise funds. Then at this time the company contacts me wanting 600.00 a week for 4 weeks to pay back, they finnally lowered it too 250.00 a week.
I owe the money of course, and agree it needs to be paid back. At a time when most companies of this size would be trying to help me, they once again slap me in the face. I have worked here over 10 years, saved them considerable monies, at my age can not leave, besides i love my job and the people i work with. So now there is no way im going to make it.
I have no family killed by drunk driver in 1969. Not asking for anything, except to keep my job so i can support my family and perhaps putting this debt back a little while, till this is over.
