Our slope front tornado / storm shelters are specifically designed and constructed with our tornado / storm shelter Tulsa, OKC, and Oklahoma customer's protection in mind. They are reinforced with fiber as well as steel rebar, and they are poured with a minimum of 6,000 psi concrete.At no extra charge every tornado / storm shelter comes equipped with a double handrail on the ladder-like steps, a gas operated door closer, 8" wind turbine for ventilation and a 6" vent.

Slope Front Tornado / Storm Shelters are a great choice for tornado safety. However, be sure you have the proper clearance to allow the truck dropping off the shelter to the area you are installing the shelter. Flat Top Tornado / Storm Shelters are essentially the same as the slope front, but some people find them more attractive and less obtrusive, since they don't stick up as much after installation.
This is our smallest slope front unit. It holds 5 to 7 people comfortably. It comes with a double handrail on its metal steps; gas operated door closer, a 6" vent and 8" wind turbine. This shelter can be installed with smaller equipment and is ideal for in city limit houses with smaller yards. For installation it will need 8' of width to back up to one side of the hole and 13.5' height.
This concrete saferoom has 4 thick walls and is poured with a rebar cage. It has a standard 36 steel door with three deadbolts. It swings outward and can hinge left or right. This unit does NOT have a floor. It must be set on an existing concrete slab or be purchased with our separate slab to be installed outside. It is perfect for new builds and can easily be built around for a closet, pantry, or panic room etc.

Wow. I get fired for being 5 minutes late but the supervisor can hire his best friend back 4 times! Thats not even an exaggeration. They play favorites and dont care about loyal employees. They run their employees to the ground.last week all week the supervisor left before 5 while a group of guys always stay until after 8. And when youre there you always see the supervisor just standing around because he doesnt know how to do half of the job he expects the employees to do. Train your manager better! Ridiculous

We bought our tornado shelter through another business and Hausner's was the one to show up and install it. They showed up exactly when they said they would and were able to navigate the tight conditions to install it where we wanted it. They even stamped out the ruts that their equipment left in our yard. (The ruts were unavoidable with all the rain we've gotten this season.) They were quick, efficient and professional.

Would recommend to everyone. Without a doubt they didn't have an easy job with our storm shelter. Or property is almost all rock and they brought out another piece of equipment when they were 3 hours away. They were very patient and did a great job with our storm shelter and moved the left over rock to where we wanted it. Very affordable! Very pleased with my shelter

I rate my experience with Hausner's Septic Tanks Mulberry Arkansas as a definite 10. Roxenne represented her company well with polite professional manner. Hausner's tanks are a fine piece of work. Tiny the delivery man was laid back and very workable with install. We had to have him lift it back out once to re position and obtain proper inlet and outlet elevations.
Tiny did this with a smile. I will use them in future installs. This tank install was in Park Hill Ok. close to Burnt Cabin Marina. Feb. 2016. (Mike's Plumbing, , Hulbert Ok).
