So glad we chose Mill Creek for our flooring purchase. Kirbi and Tucker (Mill Creek staff) were an absolute dream to deal with and I cannot say enough good things about them. Kirbi set me up with a contract installer and Aaron was the most professional tradesmen I have dealt with in a long time. His workmanship and the quality product we purchased from Mill Creek made the boss (my wife) extremely happy. Thanks to Kirbi, Tucker and Aaron, our lake house looks great.

I came in to find some nice flooring for our den and worked with Kirbi. I was greeted with a beautiful, warm smile and she listened to the specifics I wanted and provided professional advice and tips and helped me explore various samples and finish options. I ultimately chose a beautiful white with soft grey marble luxury vinyl tile. Very durable, so pretty, and a great price point! Kirbi offered some local recommendations for installation, but my husband is pretty handy so we decided to install ourselves. Kirbi made sure to tell us what we needed to keep the warranty with our purchase and even came by our place and picked up the samples we borrowed.

You can't beat such warm hospitality with curbside service we didn't even have to ask for. Following our transaction, Kirbi made sure to mail a handwritten thank you card and included a print-out of the information of the specific tile we purchased in the event we may need to order more in the future--it hadn't even occurred to me to make that note so that was perfect!

Went in with a vision for a renovated shower but had no idea what products and materials this vision would require. AND.this is where Kirbi comes in - best customer service ever! Kirbi's design suggestions, product knowledge and contractor recommendation were spot on and made my vision a reality. Her continued involvement in the renovation resulted in Kirbi herself on a 100 mile trip to OKC in a driving rainstorm to collect materials the contractor needed to keep the job on schedule! We had are floors done and they ordered 6 extra boxes won't take it back when they installed it plus they added a bunch of extra costs the person that helped us was an old man that obviously doesn't know how to do there job obviously is you want to pay a bunch of extra costs go through this crappy place negative stars should be a thing.the installers were great efficient did awesome but transition pieces weren't even ordered how do you mess up this badly it's not rocket science

I have been in here multiple times. They have a great variety of options for flooring and the staff is extremely pleasant.

Really poor communication. Took home samples for laminate flooring for a one-room redecorating project, and then I called three days later asking for measurement appointment. No return call after 7 days, tried again, three days later got the appointment. No show at scheduled appointment, called the next day with excuse after excuse why they didn't come and didn't call that day, set up another appointment, the measurements were taken.

They said I would have my bid in a day or two.one week later still no bid. Phone tag for 3 days, asked why I couldn't just get a rough estimate, salesman said all kinds of excuses about how backed up the were due to rain, and then the computer system was ing changed etc. Lon's story short they first told me 2000.00 then when I begged for a written estimate they went uptown 3500.00 due to tariffs and no good installers would take the job. The email closed with "we cannot do your job". Lost 4 weeks in getting this pectoral to move forward and have nothing to show for it.

After they couldnt carpet they recommended, they up sold another carpet which was a little pricey. Problems started with installation, workers didnt speak a lick of english and at one point ended up at neighbors doing some work for them. They did not put anything back after job was although I paid extra for moving. Would not reccomend and will not use again

We have been working with your employee Isidro Marquez from your Mill Creek store on May Ave. in OKC. He has been phenomenal! I sent out quotes for lumber to many local businesses. He was on of the fastest to respond. Not only for lumber either, he also was able to get us bids for windows, doors, trim, and more. He said he would love for us to be able to get more of the things we needed in one place.

He was able to find us exactly what I wanted and we are so thankful for his hard work. Isidro is very professional, a fast worker and was even able to get us a good deal. If you are looking for help with a new build you should definitely ask for this young man to help you. Thank you Mill Creek, we look forward to seeing our house finished and being able to tell more friends about your business.

Walked in today to look at fireplaces and told someone would be with me shortly. Waitied for a moment and a lady appeared and offered to page whom ever works in that area. After the page I waited another 8 min looking at different fireplace inserts. Listened to the female employees talk about the money they spend at OnCue buying drinks and at other restaurants while the men were engrossed in their own conversation.

I walked out, without receiveing any assistance, right past 4 employees who didn't even acknowledge me. I will just take my business elsewhere because they obviously don't need it.

Mill Creek came through with new floors reinstalled and full reimbursement on the difference in product price and related costs. Want to give them credit where credit due. Thanks.

Excellent service and experience today! We had an appointment set up first thing when they opened with Kevin, and couldn't have asked for better customer service and expertise. We came in to pick out colors for interior features in our home that's currently under construction. He already had a great theme planned, and we only made one change to the carpet color but not bc we didn't like what was chosen. Their store and showroom had plenty of options and I felt was organized and very nearly kept. I would highly recommend them based off this experience.
