Engineering and Testing Report

All Hughes Brothers products are engineered and tested to ensure quality that is guaranteed to last and are backed by the Hughes Brothers Warranty. Many of our products started with ideas from linemen or utility engineers. If you have a new product idea or a plan to improve a product, we'd love to develop and test it.

Storm Restoration Kits Report

It's always going to be a priority for utilities to manage contingencies and enhance response and recovery abilities. It was a 1921 ice storm that propelled former construction contractor Hughes Brothers to mobilize to provide infrastructure beginning with power line hardware and crossarms, and eventually growing to more than 90,000 T&D infrastructure products. Since then, the need has only grown.

To be honest, I work there. So my opinion is biased. But really a great place to work. Great benefits and perks. Can not comment on ordering their products due to never putting a power line in my back yard. But good people.

I met with the sales manager who led me on a tour of the manufacturing, assembly, and packaging facilities. A very neat experience to see how a double-arming bolt, or even a dead-end tee, is made. To my knowledge, Hughes Bros. remains one of a very small number of manufacturers in the U.S. producing industrial, built-to-last-forever pole line hardware for energy transmission/distribution applications.
