Customer service is a waste of time with Marvin. They just blame everything on the installer and leave the customer between a rock and a hard place. No explanation of why they insist leaks are the installer's fault. They just stick to that excuse no matter how many questions you ask so that you could even talk sensibly to an installer or other repair person about what's happening.other than the window leaks inside. No help whatsoever. Not buying from Marvin ever again. And p.s. Marvin: I was getting to replace several windows. Sure won't be with you and your lousy service.
