We contracted Pace to replace a small flat window with a bay window, a few double hungs, a storm door and a bunch of extra aluminum wraps on other windows wood trim. Everything from sale to installation was exceptional! They have reasonable wait time compared to everyone else around here and their quality, price and warranty were superior to all the major competitors in Rochester. Installers were friendly and clean. I highly recommend Pace for your window and door project.

I'm celebrating my 1 year anniversary having 4 pace windows in my house. It all started with my neighbor who did all the research. They got all their windows and a door replaced by pace. Pace can be more expensive but you get what you pay for. The most important value I needed was assurance that if something happened to the window I was taken care of by pace anytime of the day and any day of the week.

That gave me peace of mind. I asked many types of questions of my salesperson Andy Gray who was wonderful. I look for consistency, reliability, and answers to complaints. The reason pace wants all homeowners home at the time the salesperson comes is that pace wants to lesson issues. Therefore, 2 homeowners might separately have different expectations of the details of a window or door.

It's best to strive for less issues at the time of install. Pace cares and this is 1 way they show it by wanting both homeowners to be involved. Pace windows were installed successfully and I instantly could tell the quality all around compared to my cheap low grade windows. I did have to get full screens because I have box elder bugs. The screens are nice and tight to seal out the very flat bugs from getting in.

I look forward in switching out all my windows and doors through pace. They are my contractor any time of the day or day of the week. They provide an American made product and the company is local. Something we need more of these days. I am loyal to pace and thank you for your loyalty.

Pace replaced our failing wood sliding patio door with a new vinyl one. It looks and works great! The installers were awesome and took the time to make a minor repair addressing an existing issue with our rough opening before installing the new door. They were also able to reuse our original interior trim, removing and reinstalling it without any damage. While we hope to never have to use the warranty we appreciate knowing we only have one call to make if we ever have any issues.

Met with Andy from Pace after talking to 3 other companies, great job explaining things thoroughly, working on a Sunday, took his time. doing 2 large bay windows, 2 large sliding doors, and 2 smaller. I'll let you know how the final project turns out! Andy is excellent to work with.

We need to replace our patio door and basement windows. We were referred by my parents who had their sliding door replaced by Pace two years ago and are happy with the quality of the product. I hired Pace last year to replace half the windows in my home, the installation was completed in December of 2020. All 8 were completely installed in 1 day and everything went GREAT. They are beautiful, . efficent and easy to operate. I love my new Pace Windows so much I decided to order the rest of the windows including a large Bay window that is drafty and hard to open. Andy my representative was very thourough in explainig the differences in qulity and warranties that Pace offers versus their competiton.

I would reccommend Pace to anyone looking for new/replacement windows. I had 1 minor issue with the aluminum wrap on one window after the installation and Pace came right out and fixed it at no charge and no service fees. Great company, great quality and great warranty.

Weve had our pace windows since 2005 and yes some do need to be replaced! We weren't treated well at all! We got talked down to. We have lifetime warranty with pace and it's not being honored. After the amount of money we paid I would think this wouldnt be an issue! Even after we have called quite a few times to have things looked at and being told there's nothing wrong! We are not happy campers rightnow!

We contacted Pace to replace our front door, sidelights and install 2 glass block windows. They were very timely with installation and were very professional and polite. The quality of the products we purchased are phenomenal. They answered all of the questions and concerns we had and put us right at ease. Our house looks amazing and we couldn't be happier!

Great service and great product. We only had the budget to replace a handful of our windows for now and they didn't try to pressure us into more than we wanted. Everyone we worked with was kind, knowledgeable, and did a great job. We will definitely go back to them in the future.

Horrible service. Still waiting a month in an estimate for a bow window. They came out to measure but never Called back with price. I reach out multiple times, still getting run around. The bow window is big, I figure 7-10k cost. Plus if that looked good planned on 8 other windows. I called back 3 times with no luck, just a run around. Horrible all around

We requested a quote on a door replacement. The representative arrived on time and we did note that we had a limited amount of time and wanted to him to get to the point quickly. Unfortunately, he continued to tell us how great his product was (it probably is) and that we would get a great price because they make it an install it themselves. When we finally got him to show us some pictures of what they had available and give us a price - it was well over twice any other quotes.

At that point, I said we were done and that he had already wasted too much of our time. He was upset because we didn't give him enough time (I guess to explain why he had jacked up the price so much). We live on a private drive and I think his price doubled when he drove up our driveway. Very high pressure, a big time waster compared to his competitors - don't waste your time unless you have lots of time and money to burn!

Please note - their product is probably great quality based on the 30 minutes he spent showing us how great it was - we just didn't like his attitude and the valuable time he wasted.

I don't normally rate a business that I have not actually hired but my frustration has gotten the better of me. I had a Pace sales rep come to give me an estimate on 5 replacement windows. This was after about 3-4 calls initiated from their office to set up an appointment. I never contacted them, they contacted me. So, this sales rep comes to my house & looked at my windows but never measured them.

We then sat down for what I thought was going to be a discussion of their product & then the cost. Instead, this rep wanted to only give me a quote when my other half was there as well. After telling him that I do the footwork & then we both sit down to discuss our options, he said he had to make a phone call & proceeded to call his sales manager who I then had the same discussion with.

I was told that I would get better pricing if my other half was with me & that they could re-schedule another appointment. I told the sales rep at my house that if he couldn't give me his best price to me alone, that I was not interested. He then began to pack up his papers & said that he didn't think his company was a good fit for me & I escorted him out of my house with no estimate. How does Pace Window & Doors stay in business with an attitude like that?! I would NEVER recommend them to my worst enemy!

Unmatched quality! My wife and I recently bought our first home, it needed some work but the first thing we invited in was a quality window. we dive by Pace Window from time to time. Brad greeted us at the door and wowed us! Went through all the options and we made a decision. well not that quickly but you know. This was our first winter with the windows and I had to write a review! The house felt tight! Safe and secure! The windows are easy to clean and top quality, a must for Upstate NY winter! Yesterday Pace salesman came over to give me an estimate to replace my 11 year old windows - all 13 of them. He was here for almost 2 hours and was pleasant. He quoted me, I think, $18k for the windows. We chatted and I asked for a price to replace just two windows, to get started and see what their windows can do to help, and he quoted $2637. After talking to someone at Pace he requoted the price at $2137.

I still thought it a lot of money. He then asked me what I would pay and I said $1500 - where he then said he could do $1800. AMAZING-isn't it. The price just kept going down - just by asking. I respect a company that quotes a price and that is the price - no playing games with the numbers. How can you trust a company that changes prices and doesn't leave a written estimate?

I asked for a written estimate and he didn't give me one. He gave me no papers on PACE nor any estimates. I asked myself if this is a business I want to deal with - and I said NO. No written estimates Nor ANY info on PACE - why not? A few days earlier another window company gave me written estimates and a folder with information on their company, their price to replace the two windows was $300 less and overall price was less than 1/2 cost.

Pace must be paying their sales people a lot of money! They may do good work and have quality product BUT my initial contact was with their people. Pace windows left a very sour impression with me.

Do not use Pace Window and Door! Had and appointment for them to give me quote on replacing our sliding glass door.rep showed up and 5 mins into our conversation, I mentioned that this is from an insurance claim.he immediately excused himself and went outside to make a call.came back in and told me he couldn't give me a quote unless my husband was home too!

I was totally offended. I set aside my time and they never once asked if both homeowners would be here! Guess what Pace, Comfort Window had no problem giving this "women" a quote and we will be doing business with them.also, this was not an insurance claim- it was already paid out.stupid people!

Ordering new replacement windows from pace had them put windows in over 30 years ago and have never had a problem. Their windows have improved since then so why wouldn't I have them install Windows again. I am very impressed with the product and the no pressure sales approach. Can't wait for my new Windows

So, i was looking for estimates on a major job replacing all the windows in my home. Pace called to schedule an appt for an estimate but they would not come unless my husband was here. I let the scheduler know that I make the decisions about major home improvement projects in our home (my husband and I are both professionals with PhDs) since my job allows me more time to do the research and follow through required and frankly my husband has less of an interest in these projects. The person who called refused to schedule an appt for an estimate unless my husband would be home. I told him he was sexist and just lost a major contract.

Their policy of not making a sales pitch unless both husband and wife are home is weird and regressive. Salesman Dave McSweeney came to my mom's house after she made an appointment but refused to speak with her unless her husband was there-- even though she has already told him that her husband didn't need to be there & that she owns the house and is paying for the windows. It's honestly bizarre. To top it off, when she asked him to leave he insulted her to her face! Pick another company, folks.

We had our windows done by Pace. Let me warn you, poor quality windows. There are gaps and bugs get in through them. I'm very disappointed in the product.

I recently had Pace install a window at my restaurant, and they did a fantastic job. I was surprised at how helpful my salesperson was as he went the extra mile to coordinate the installation of the window under a unique set of circumstances.
