Since 1919, we have offered Pa. natural cleft flagstone/ bluestone paving in the following color ranges: full color range, no extreme range (subject to availability), and the blue to gray range. There is no selection for any one particular shade or tone. The pictures displayed on our website are a likely representation of each of the selected ranges.
With our full color range of PA Flagstone paving, the shades and tones combine as a whole to make each project unique, yet retain that rustic feel that can only come from natural stone paving. The full color range consists of a variety of shades and tones. The predominant colors in this range consist of blues, grays, greens, and browns, plus warm tones with interesting rusts, lavender and pheasant shading which are dappled with various iron oxide coloration.In the full color range, we do not offer selection for any particular shade or tone.
Our No Extremes color range of PA Flagstone paving is specially hand-selected to exclude extreme rusts, lavenders and extreme pheasants. The No Extremes color range provides a softer blend of the blues, grays, and earth-tone colors, while still retaining the uniqueness and variation that is the hallmark of natural cleft, PA flagstone.

Working with Robinson Flagstones was a wonderful experience. I needed to find some stones to extend my patio and didn't know where to start. Doug drew up a diagram with what stones I needed to put where so that I could purchase and complete my project. Everyone I interacted with at Robinson was friendly and helpful- totally recommend!
