Brian was extremely professional and considerate. We had him out to looking at installing shower glass. Rather than just trying to get the job, he explained why it would be risky based on the stability of the material to attach to on the wall and worked towards a lasting solution. If you want someone who will be as concerned about doing a great job as you are, this is definitely the company you want to call.

Brian's distributor couldn't replicate the type of glass I was looking for, but he was kind enough to recommend a third party. Truly great customer service.

This company is a class act! They provided excellent customer service and did a wonderful job replacing about a half dozen windows that had fogged up. They left the job spotless and had reasonable pricing. Highly recommend!

I'm doing this review for my mother who lives in Rockwall, TX. She was THRILLED with Bobby the installer and Brian the owner. They were FRIENDLY, did not take advantage of an older client. They were fair, honest, clean, professional, QUICK, reasonably priced and they took time to answer all her questions and listen to my mom share a few comments and even a story or two.

Even though they charged by the job and not the hour.they took a few minutes to affirm an older client and make her feel heard and special. THAT is so RARE in today's world. They replaced a external window and it was so brittle it took longer than normal to get it out and shattered in many pieces. Knowing we had a dog they were extra careful to ensure no glass fell to the ground endangering my mom's pet or anyone else.

And speaking of our pet.she loved Bobby and Bobby took a few minutes to connect with the puppy as well. All in all they are simply GREAT people who offer a great service for a great price! We will use them again the next time we have any window or glass issues. I just wish they offered more services

Love this company! I thought I needed new windows, and they could have sold them to me, but they were HONEST and told me I didn't, just needed a minor repair. Bobby, the installer, is super nice as is the owner Brian. Honesty and good customer service is hard to find, but this company has both. Definitely go with them if you are looking for glass repair!

My wife and I are thoroughly pleased with the work of Rockwall Glass. We had a large vanity mirror replaced. The cost was as quoted and there were no surprises. The gentlemen who installed the new mirror were courteous and efficient. We will certainly call on Rockwall Glass for future needs.

Rockwall Glass installed a glass shower enclosure for us and I couldn't be more pleased. Brian came out to estimate the job, made recommendations and later made the installation himself.
