EXELLENT! Great staff, outstanding service, and great products. Mr. Anthony Morris, the owner of the company, came by the house for initial measurements of countertops for the new homes I am building. He was very professional, knowledgeable, courteous and most cooperative with my needs. He explained the process and the material he will be providing for my projects. Mr. JR is the installation crew who installed most of the countertops.
He sure knows what he is doing, very skillful, cooperative and provides service with smile : I followed up with my scheduling and project coordination at the office with Michelle. She certainly has such great customer-care attitude! Very professional and always accommodating and very responsive to reply to your call or email. I am very happy with this company and their staff and highly recommend Accent Granite & Marble. Mehrdad Vatani, P.E.

Poor craftsmanship, poor service, poor customer service, poor management. A kitchen counter top was cut and delivered for install without anyone ever getting field measurements or sink dimensions. The first image attached shows how far off the sink was. Accent then leaves with sink and faucet kit to insure a better placement and fit on their return.
They return with a top that was too large having to cut new top on site in a finished kitchen. Not on patio 8 feet away, but inside. Creating a mess of fine quartz dust in a freshly painted, finished floor with cabinets kitchen and dining room. Lastly, when asked about missing faucet to sink, without even having a clue of what project, time, location and situation Michelle the owner refused to replace missing parts that her employees had taken from job site for measurements. Please consider that with some planning there are other company's in the area to do buisness with.

Their website says that they can make the products in about 2 weeks with 1 day installation. This was definitely not our experience. They took weeks to provide our bathroom countertops. And when a major mistake was made by another service and learned we had to have the new cabinets remade, they again, took weeks to complete the job. I'm still waiting.
When I called the office to beg that we get our project done because we'd been planning a party for May 18th. The manager called me back and said that they were working on 10K sq ft houses and it didn't matter what I said nor that we'd paid twice. I will never use them again. The pledge on the homepage isn't true.

What a terrible experience! The staff at this business are polite and courteous. The workmanship and final product are totally unacceptable. Problems during the initial installation included damage to new cabinet doors, and a two -day cleaning process because they cut a large piece of granite inside our home. The owner, Anthony Morris and I verbally agreed to terminate our contract because of my dissatisfaction.
We shook hands and he agreed to refund part of the fully paid contact price. Now they will not pay. Do not Trust this firm. I would not recommend their services to anyone. Seek another reputable granite services provider like we have had too. Sad way to run a new business.

Great little company to work with, the owner met us on a Sunday afternoon since we could not meet him during normal business hours. They had a very good selection of granite slabs to choose from at their location and what was really great he gave us the installed price right there on the spot. Most to the big granite companies will not tell you any prices unless you have a fabricator with you.
We picked out our granite and the Anthony came over measured every thing, talked with us about any concerns we had and within 3 weeks all counter tops and sinks were installed within 2 days. The install team were very good about not scuffing the walls and not breaking things. Would recommend Accent Granite and Marble to anyone needing new granite or marble countertops.

Cracked our countertop and then did poor repair job. Our sink was inset and is cut unevenly all around the edges, making actual sink area smaller. Poor match on seams. Seams so poorly caulked they slide around. They were initially very friendly, but then were rude and even hung up the phone on us after the job was botched, and never did make it right. Not recommended.

There wasn't a step in the process that wasn't difficult in working with Accent. I used them for a custom new build. The sales staff changed midway and not for the better. I was sent to sign off on granite in Austin that had already been sold to someone else, they didn't inform me of sinks that needed to be in place prior to them coming to measure, they had all my undermount sinks and miscut 3 of them: 1 was off center and they cut another slab to fix the problem, 1 - the hole was not big enough and filled the space with extra grout to cover it up- they fixed on site, 1- the sink was turned the wrong way and we are just going to live with it.
They mismeasured one countertop and made it 2 inches too short - my cabinet guy had to redo the end of the cabinet to try to make it look right. They cut into my sheetrock more than is typically done in a jagged, sloppy way forcing me to put a backsplash where I had not wanted one. They cut 3 holes for my 2 master bath sink faucets. The faucets were onsite and were single handled and only required 1 hole. - I had to go buy new faucets.
There was a hole knocked into my Sheetrock in another spot because it was a "tight fit" upon install. The grout work throughout the house was sloppy and was redone. In dealing with the sales people and owner, they took a very defensive stance and never got the sense that the "customer could ever be right". Upon pointing out all these things and telling the owner he needed to come see it in person, the owner changed his tune and said they aren't used to doing custom jobs like this. In summary- Poorly sold, poorly installed, poorly managed.

Poor install of countertop and then poor customer service by not making the countertop right. The seam is chipped and rough and was seamed with a different color. It was miscut and has a big gouge of almost 1/2' on the back edge that they tried to fill with a bright white caulk, the countertop is a buttercream yellow quartz. I do not recommend this company.
