I'm ok with them getting the one star because they were able to order what I needed. Aside from that out of the people that work there only one was friendly. The guy that does skirting wrote down what measurements, he needed for me to even look at what they had, and threw the paper in front of him cause he didn't want to hand it to me. When I gave him the measurements and asked if he could show pics of different skirting they had he said I don't do the internet, so I said text is fine.

He scoffed and said I guess one of the guys there could send me a pic, I received one picture and asked to see the rock stimulated ones(more expensive btw) no reply. You'd think being a small business they would put whatever upbringing they had aside and treat people good. Shame on them

OMG I CAN NOT STRESS ENOUGH HOW HELPFUL THESE GUYS ARE. I have a nice big garden tub i have been unable to use for longer than i care to share in public. It would drip from the faucets, both Hot/Cold. I shopped around looking for the right parts, contacted plumbers but none replied and finally i called this place. Spoke with someone who thought it was worn seats or something like that. Suggested i bring it up they could see if they had a replacement or could order one.

I took it apart (i am no plumber) took it to them today (friday) had a person look at it and he immediately found the problems. Asked if i wanted to rebuild the set and $23 dollars later i am now able to take a nice bath instead of using the other tub or shower. He replaced the stem and 2 seats and i took it home hooked it back up and no drip, it turns on and off no problems. THANK YOU GENTLEMEN AT TMS.
