Travis Tile Sales

I found this place despite its bad reviews. The door was locked, with a sign saying they only show tile if you have an appointment. I phoned the given number to make an appointment. At least somebody answered the call. That person told me they don't really make appointments at the Sentinal location, they make appointments at the Main Avenue location.

He gave me the number for that place, then said they probably would be too busy to talk with me. Sure enough, the Main Avenue store didn't answer the phone call and didn't return my call. Save your time and mental health. Go someplace else.

I don't know much about picking tile for bathroom and kitchen. Thankfully the folks at Travis tile do know a lot about tile. Showroom is well laid out so you can check out the texture and the colors. The lady up front who assisted us really knows a lot about tile

I spent 2 months searching for the perfect tile for my backsplash, and finally found it at a tile store that sells only to contractors. When I got the pricing from my designer, it was a whopping $26 per square foot.about twice what I thought I would pay. So I spent the next day searching for tile stores that carried it, and stumbled across Travis Tile on Google.

When I called for pricing, they were friendly but it took awhile to find the tile in their system, and when he gave me the price I was a little concerned it was the wrong tile. So I called back the next day and spoke with Juan, who quoted me the same price--$8 per square foot! I visited the store and confirmed the sample and ordered it that day. It showed up the next Friday, with no freight. All of the staff was super-friendly, and I won't go anywhere else for my next project.

Went to this business in March of 2016 to order tile. It did not arrive, and no contact was made. Went back again in April of 2016 to order the tile again. The person I ordered from the previous month was on vacation. I order the same tile again. No contact and no response a month later. I just gave up and did a special order from Home Depot. It arrived in a week at a lower price.
