Right from the start after getting several estimates when tony walked in my door in 5 minutes i knew this was the company i was hiring for my 3 replacement window project then after the crew Bob and Mossimo installed the first 3 that lead to 20 more windows and a retractable awning.my wife and i are neat freaks a good thing i guess these guys impressed us i did this project in 3 phases every time Tony showed up to see how things were going i guess that explains how they are in business over 60 years.at this point to my wife and i there is no other contractors but Valiant! AWESOME JOB GUYS!

This has been the worst experience. We met with Tony who presented himself very professionally about a year ago. We needed a custom front and storm door. After an outrageous initial price given, we were able to bring the cost down by making changes to the door. The installation was on July 29 which went terribly. First, they did not properly measure the molding around the door and decided to caulk where the wall meets the molding (picture attached).
This looked totally horrible and not what was promised. Second, we have plaster walls and they left a crack in the plaster (2nd picture). Third, after calling every week (now September 9), with no response from Tony or the owners, the installation guy shows up with no call to put the correct size molding up. He did not cut the bottom molding in order to put the top molding on, he merely placed it on top which caused a gap between the molding and the wall.
This has truly been the worst experience we have had. We HIGHLY DO NOT recommend this company. Not worth $4500 for terrible work! We will never work with this company again, which we originally planned on doing. They have lost our business and we are sorry we didn't look elsewhere before trusting Tony. Would absolutely give 0 stars if I could

2021 - Had our front door installed by Valiant. Easy process and the door looks great. We will continue to use Valiant for our home projects 2015 - Had a VERY good experience with Valiant. First, they were recommended by my parents who had many big windows replaced in their home. So with that good experience, I called Valiant to replace most all our windows and our sliding door.
I even called two other window companies and Valiant's price was the best! The salespeople and work crew are friendly and kind. I felt they treated my home as they would their own home. We purchased Sunrise windows with the blinds in them and they arrived broken (thankfully, what was broken did not affect the installation process), but I didn't worry. Valiant did a good job staying in touch with me to resolve the problem.
When I told them I had a houseful of people coming for the holidays, they even stepped up the process so my windows were fixed before Christmas. Boy did I appreciate that! And to top it off, without even asking they even helped fix the door to our garage, which was not part of the window project! I would highly recommend Valiant!

I recently contracted with Valiant Home Remodelers to replace 34 wood windows in my Victorian home. Valiant is family owned business specializing in replacement windows and doors. They have been in business since 1956. After a long and exhaustive investigation in the many different types of windows available, and trying to determine who could provide a quality window and professional, high quality installation, I was recommended to contact Gino Valiant to discuss the project.
And I was glad I did. He provided a very fair proposal, without asking what the other vendors provided, and more important represented the windows, Sunrise Vanguard and the installation. (all other companies sold the windows and subcontracted the installation). The work was performed by employees of his company that have 10+ years working for him.
They knew what they were doing. The project took 3 days and after each day you would not know work was being done as they cleaned up every day. I can not stress the importance of their expertise and knowledge of the installation process and insuring the work was up to my standard as well as theirs. I highly recommend that anyone looking to replace windows (or doors) consider Valiant Home remodelers. Their work exceeded my expectations and will meet and exceed yours. Bill Stack

We approached Valiant because of some good references we received. We initially got an estimate to install windows for our family room. Then, we also asked them if they will replace our post in the porch. And the owner said, they do. We only asked them, because they advertise to do exterior work, and that they were doing the windows for us. Well, that didn't seem to go well.
They wanted to charge me for a roll of aluminum to cover the wooden post, on top of the price that they quoted me. This was after we had paid thousands for the window installation. There was miscommunication between their own employee, and the owner. The guy came to finish the post, when we were home, but did not even care to ring our doorbell to let us know that he is working on the post.
Very unprofessional! We had purchased the top and bottom decorative parts on our own to be installed by them. Finally, when we said that we will not be paying extra money for the aluminum roll, the owner told us, he will not be touching the post, and left. So, after getting a major job done from them, and paying in full, our post is unfinished. We are very disappointed with the service provided by a reputable family owned company like Valiant.

Valiant Home Remodelers was recommended to us by friends. They installed a bay window and door leading to the garage for us. The owner helped us select appropriate products and they were installed very neatly. Everyone -- from owner to back office -- was pleasant to work with. The workers were on time and careful with our home. They will be our "go-to" for future renovations and we highly recommend them.

We had our 2 sliding patio/deck doors replaced recently. We wanted an upgrade to what we had. Our sales person showed us what we were looking for and had us set up for both doors done on the same day. They were on time and everything went smoothly. They clean up as they go along and at the end of the job. Our new sliding doors are perfect! My husband can't stop saying how nice they are! lol We will definitely use them for any work we need done. They also stand by any job they do so if any problem occurs they will fix it. We didn't have a problem but this is good to know!

Over the course of the years, we have Valiant Home Remodelers for, storm/wind damage roof repair, front door installation, bay window installation, full house window replacement, new kitchen installation, and most recently installation of a new patio sliding door (Pella). We are thrilled with our new Pella door, and it's seamless installation. Gino was helpful guiding us in picking the best product for our needs. Along with the new door installation we also had some walls re-sheet rocked, and high hats installed. As always, we are beyond thrilled with the job.
